Watching his interview there, the part that sticks out to me is his emphasis on performance above result, and he won't change his system short term to get results. He won't last until Christmas never mind the season if that is his philosophy.
The result is everything, performance should be secondary.
I really hope hearts beat them tonight. All teams need to do by the sounds of it is play on the counter and they are screwed.
I have to keep pinching myself that they have gone all in on this guy and his "system". It is fantastic.
