He's been in large pish. Because he's not been as woeful as usual it's been jumped on that he's suddenly a player.
Not anywhere near good enough for us
100%. Part of current problem is shite like Matondo who couldnt get a game for us are currently under consideration for starting spots. He’s fuckin rank.

It’s a lazy take assuming he plays the same style yet you’ve lazily assumed that’s not the case?
Plenty articles out there to read which confirms it’s very much AP style of play and if anything he’s less flexible on formations etc.
Ive not lazily assumed anything which is why ive made the comment. He plays a similar style but to say its the same is the lazy part. It would be hard not to keep some of his brand of football given almost every job he’s had has been either under AP, or taking over from him.

Better than those sending hate messages to him and his staff on Instagram.

Worry about muscat is he’s a diluted version of AP who our rivals have been ingrained in that style for last 2 years. If anyone knows how to counteract it, will be them given they’ve been pulled apart in Europe past two years therefore know the weaknesses.
Screams of trying to copy their work and hope for the best rather than actually looking for best candidate.
Thats just a lazy take on it though isnt it? Everyone jusr assumes because he’s worked under him and is an Aussie he must automatically play the same style and formation. Anyone actually watched any of his teams play?

Could have been a lot worse.
Hope people don’t go overboard with praise if we do well for the next couple of games though.
Next permanent manager can’t be Davis under any circumstances.
This. Assistant to a Manager with less experience in Scottish football or something would be fair enough though maybe?

Still cant see him getting the bag this week despite it being blatantly obvious he’s not cut out to be our Manager.
However, i dont believe in this pointin fingers at fans for still going to games. The crowds will drop no doubt, but its a bit mental having a go at people for goin to watch their team.- ForeverAndEver and HG5

Crucial game to stay in touch at the top of the table. We really can't afford to rest him.

I think be might be rested or at the very least, brought off early if we’re ahead. He’s too important to risk overloading and with his lack of games over the past year he needs managed. It cant br a case of playing him until he’s either knackered or injured. Dessers should probably come in.

Wonder if Roofe will be rested, is he ready for 2 games a week?

There’s a reason he falls into the back three all the time as he struggles big time on the half turn and also when receiving ball with game behind him.
Last night showed this as he must’ve been caught 3-4 times.
Its his natural position to drop in and he’s done it periodically when he’s been asked. You dont think he’s decent at driving into space? If Raskin performed at Lundstrams level last night people would be back to saying he’s epl material.

If you want someone to run about and fly into a tackle he’s fine.
As a CDM who can control a game, he is miles of it technically.
If you want to someone to take the balk off defence, turn, and acrually drive into space, he’s as good as we have.
