This stays in here, it's about the Rangers v celtic game. I definitely care that we are helping them spread their bile.

That's another nice touch by our club and proves again the people in charge don't actually give a fuck about our club or fans.
    Honestly imagine allowing that.
    Absolutely sick at the thought.
No doubt some will defend it.

I do want the best. It the best of "what" we disagree with. I don't think grinding out turgid 1-0 wins with the players terrified to misplace a pass or make a mistake is the best of anything...yes that will attract a new breed of fans won't it!
I've been fortunate enough to watch 9IAR, and the Advocaat era and all I ever wanted after about season 5 in 9IAR was success in Europe. I remember winning one title and it was just expected, it was no big deal, hardly any celebration at all...I look back now and realise what an absolute tit I was.
It doesn't matter what we have we always want more...If we're not winning we need to win every game...once we win almost every game...we need to win every game in style. If we win 2-1 it should have been 4 or 5....after all it's only Scotland.
I want the team to play attractive , effective, possession football. I want that philosophy from bottom to top...to start with the youth teams. I want them to have been playing that way for 6 years before those good enough even make the first team. I want us to bring in players who suit that style...all comfortable on the ball.
If the results suffer in the short to medium term then so be it, I've had almost everything else as a Rangers fan and it was never enough...so perhaps this will be

He was our best MF in the first 4 competitive games. I honestly think if we'd been able to have a normal pre season you wouldn't have seen Barton or Kranjcar getting lumped into games they weren't physically ready for. Same goes for Clint Hill.
Look at the weekend there. Dodoo comes off the bench instead of MOH and I read someone claiming that it proves the manager made a mistake signing him and knows it. Eh naw mate, MOH has had some game time and Dodoo hasn't and this is the last chance for 10-14 days to get him some meaningful time.
The mental gymnastics on display to criticise the manager and certain players is astounding. There's plenty of shite to have a moan about without this hyperbolic fuckery.

Warburton will be here. The club has invested more in Mark Warburton in terms of him shaping the playing side etc than it has on any player, and if Barton ever plays for Rangers again I'll be very surprised. It's already worth bearing in mind that this "untenable" position Warburton is nearly at is, at the moment, three points off second. We have to be rational, the club has, as a fact, came back up from the lower divisions, and on a playing front and off the park is finding its feet again. Warburton will bring success to this club, given time.

I can understand a lot of people being angry at Barton, just as I am, but I think some of this is going too far.
At this moment in time he is still a Rangers player - no matter what some people will try to make you believe.
It's for that matter I think the ridicule and the resentment should be calmed, he might still come back and be an important player for us - no one knows for sure what's going to happen.
Personally, for all my anger at Barton at this moment in time, I still feel that laughing along with media pricks who are more than willing to take the piss out of the situation and our club means we are joining the let's take the piss out of Rangers parade.

I'm probably being naive here, but I hope the whole situation can be resolved all round, by all parties. Whatever way, as long as it's for the betterment of The Rangers FC. That's all that matters. Principal's before personality's. Always.

I honestly believe we would be 5 titles lighter if it wasn't for Ally and I agree that if he wasn't getting the money it would have ended up in one of the charlatan's pockets. However, I think the final straw for a lot of people was the fact that he continued to take that huge salary whilst on gardening leave even after the new board were voted in. I don't agree with a lot of what people say but, until Ally comes out and defends his actions, I'm afraid people will continue to slate him.

A lovely occasion. Well done for supporting one of our own, Bears, and to all of the players out there who can all count themselves as Bears for life too.
Great to see those old stars. Klos. Jeeso. He has the beginnings of man boobs, which I never expected from such a fit, professional character, but my-oh-my did he become the Klos of 15 years ago in a instant! Some of those saves were top class. And wee Rino. Never the most talented player, but you can see why he became such an important one for some great teams. Midfield terrier extraordinaire. So many heroes out there. Enjoy it while you can, folks, because the next generations of legends might be a little different.
But, anyway. It was an emotional day. I hope it helps the man to stay strong. And on a secondary note, many thanks to Fernando (and the organisers), because despite your illness you've managed to do what many have failed to do recently - you made it feel like Rangers again. And it was great to see so many kids there, being taught what it means. Once all of our problems are over, make sure you keep bringing them, Bears, and teaching them what it's all about. They are the key to a healthy future for this club.
    No Surrender, Fernando!!!

amazing crowd. shame we couldn't win but hey...that's not what really matters. it was a good game where players and fans came together to show support for fernando. was heart breaking to see fernando like that. wish him all the best and rangers will always be there for him!
that said....i hope to fuck that our board and current players were all in attendance or at least watching from somewhere because this is what rangers is all about. it's more than football and more than a club. it's a family. there are thousands and fucking thousands of us willing to fill ibrox up and watch football. the attendance today should be what every competitive should be like or better! the fans are there but it's up to the board to get shit straightened out and get this club back to where it belongs. to the players...if you want to leave rangers and be remembered as a poor/mediocre player then fine but...if you give your all for our club then this is how we'll treat you. as a family member. we'll give you our support and respect no matter what.
i just hope that today has shown these board members/players what it means to be at rangers.
fernando is a true rangers legend. you should all take inspiration from him.
