I reckon over two legs we will scrape past QoTS but will go out to Hibs although it will be close. We just aren't consistent enough to get through six matches and if we had stayed on a positive run since McCall had come in then i'd be more optimistic. nope - just fly up on a Saturday or Sunday morning and back South on a Sunday night! I think McCall will be left in charge for next year and the Board will look to bring in a Director of Football type role to help with transfers, etc and setup a decent scouting network for the future and support the manager as needed. My only fear in all that is that the current Board may believe that Ally could come onto the Board in that role - too soon for me!

He is a young international player that our manager rates and we are paying for him so i would love to see what he has to offer before the end of the season as it may be the case that newcastle want to offload! I will trust McCalls judgement on this one.

Wrong order! It's: 1. Lager (pre match drinks) 2. Pie (has to be eaten next as it will either be cold or burnt and overdone, but still cold) 3. Bovril (has to be after the pie and left for at least 20 mins to come down from nuclear to just scalding to avoid injury) 4. Lager (post match drink)

McCall is one of those managers that doesnt look right in a suit and when he wore one for one of those first games in charge he just looked uncomfortable and stifled! He is always on the go and has a passion that makes him look like he wants to be out on the pitch and he probably exerts more energy than most of our players if you watch how red his face gets! Nice to see a manager that leads by example and seems to know what he wants and isnt afraid to manage from the sidelines and get his point across!

Very true although the bigger problem is the fact we need to change the whole matchday experience! As i said before, I often bring friends up from down south and after the match they want to get some pics with the pitch behind them or just stadium shots but your hunted to often by a steward within minutes of the whistle if you dont move quick enough.
