five stars got a reaction from TheBluebells in Welcome to Rangers! Jack Butland!
He's a great keeper and had a couple of great saves today.
Maybe I'm expecting to much, but i think McGregor saves that 3rd goal with his feet.

five stars got a reaction from Drunk and disorderly. in Tav's time is up.
Far too slow for this level. He's better to bow out now before he gets embarrassed further.

five stars got a reaction from RyanD in Tav's time is up.
He's been a great servant to the club but he doesn't have the pace anymore to play.
Fortunately, Sterling is ready to take over.
And none of this changing the team around to play him right midfield or whatever.
It's time.

five stars got a reaction from Bears in The Penalty Given Against Goldson
All the reasons it shouldn't be a pen-
His arm is in a natural position when jumping.
It deflects off a player so you don't have any opportunity to move it out the way.
He's clearly not trying to make himself bigger.
It's not intentional.
There's no obvious advantage gained from it.
Reasons it should be a penalty-
It hits his arm in the box.

It's ridiculous, his arm is in the natural position (when jumping)
It also takes a deflection just before if hits him.
The penalty rule is a farce.

When Michael Stewart calls you out for your criticism of a Rangers related person you know that "too far" is a dot in your rear view mirror.

five stars reacted to Gascoigne8 in Tav's time is up.
He's done now, but imo has spent the last 3 to 4 years carrying the can for Goldsons inability to defend the most simple situations.
Goldson wants to drop deep and central and it leaves tavernier far too much ground to cover.
Been watching for a while now and i think he has stockholm syndrome. He doesnt realise the guy who "covers" him is the guy who leaves him so exposed.
Goldson seems to have some kind of hold over him and they both bully whoever goldson deems is the fall guy for his lack of positional sense.
You can see when you watch the europa final back, goldson goes to blame bassey who gets him told straight. Tav then joins in. Needs to show his balls and tell his mate when he is wrong

Why do we have to suffer Sutton for Sky and Stewart on Sportscene?
Neither have the ability to remain impartial.
They take every opportunity to try and advance the myth that every decision goes against celtic.
With the clear intention of increasing the pressure on officials.
Both were embarrassing today.

Watching Sportscene just now and Michael Stewart is the co-commentator. You would have less bias if it was celtic tv, it’s that bad. Sums up BBC Scotland that continually give the likes of English, Stewart and Angela Haggerty the platform to spread their bile.

Wright should never start an old firm for us. Ever. No ifs, buts, maybes.
He’s absolutely rank rotten.
Maeda doesn’t need to worry one jot about staying deeper to help cover. Because Wright isn’t a threat.
0 goals and 0 assists in the league. And makes us worse defensively as well.

Clement has been incredibly so far.
But he shouldn't be immune from criticism and I didn't agree with his starting 11 today. (No width).

To be penalised for doing something you must have done something wrong!
The ball inadvertently hitting your arm or elbow through no fault of yours should not be penalised 👀

He had an absolute shocker today and freak or no that first goal was criminal defending. Started the game like it was training match, passing all over the place, crosses garbage. Yes amazing stats blah blah blah but he seems to have learnt very little as to how to play against that lot. Naive as fck again.

Would’ve probably leathered it into his own goal any way the big diddy

Yup. It also hits Scales on the hand after it deflects off Goldson's elbow. People act like the game is played in the slow-motion replay they see, Goldson could do nothing to fet out the way of it after it comes off Maeda.

The rules are a fucking joke, it puts the defenders at a massive disadvantage. Referees are expecting defenders to jump and header balls without using their arms. Today's game can fuck off. It is a penalty in today's game, but I'm dismayed at how soft the modern game is.
