I think he is doing that over the respect he has for the club. 
I dont think we can afford to wait on a maybe either. I dont think its the right move anyway unless king is hiding major investment..... Which is very doubtful.

Aye definitely when you put his name against the likes of Davies, McLeish and Wright it's understandable, but from my POV he doesn't fit the bill for what I believe we need right now. 
Of the names mentioned McInnes stands out to me as the front runner, with perhaps Rowett a close second. However no manager who comes in will be able to do a great amount with the players at his disposal.
