    The game starts at 12.30.
Be good if we started at that time too and not half past one when we’re two down.

I’m all to well aware of Goldson’s shortcomings in his time with us but, over the piece, he has been one of our more consistent performers. He’s not been in great form of late but it seems over the top to mark him out as the scapegoat in what is, to be honest, a pretty poor Rangers team this season (who have overachieved largely due to the manager).
John Greig, one of our greatest players, played for ten seasons without being in a league winning team.  By the opinion of some fans today, that would define him as a ‘bottler’ (which he certainly wasn’t).  Think I’ll trust John’s opinion on who his award should go to.

Six years at the club, especially in that position, and the majority injury-free is a decent accomplishment that the club recognises.
No qualms with that, but RM sure does love to hate.
That doesn't mean it's not time to sell. It is.

Granda why did you retire from work in your 30s?
Well I wouldn’t exactly describe it as work. I played football for a wonderful famous club and ok I was there for some time and only won every domestic honour once up until April 2024 unlike some tarriers but I did make a shit load of money along the way.
Wow Granda, how sad, no wonder some anonymous billionaires on a football forum claimed you were a loser.

A guy in his 30s, most likely a millionaire, played and won every domestic cup in Scotland including getting to a major European final.
I share the same frustrations as many fans over him and a few other established players in recent years but Iooking at what he’s achieved in life through football I wouldn’t describe him as a loser.

It seems nuts to me. Apart from a shocker of an interview at that semi final a can’t remember him ever coming across as a wanker not sure where folks getting it from.

I’ve not watched the game back but I don’t recall having many if any issues with Lennon since he turned pundit. Stewart is in another stratosphere when it comes to making impartial comments on Rangers.

Personally don’t want to see any of them at Ibrox but at the very least we shouldn’t except anything less than having the same percentage, not the same number of away fans. If that results in them having more empty seats as a result of segregation then that’s the way it has to be.

If we beat them next week the atmosphere will be as good as any old firm has been at Ibrox and if god forbid it goes the wrong way I guarantee I’ll not be thinking its shite without them being there.
Each to their own I suppose.

Aye , i don't get this needing the tarriers for a good atmosphere , you just have to look at our run to Seville to see we don't need them .
As stated tjough , it's largely what happens on the park that determines it .

It's not really. Maybe out in the sticks in mid, west and north Wales it's stuck in 1982 but South Wales and especially Cardiff is a great place.
Scotland could learn a lot from how the majority of Welsh people are very proud of being Welsh but don't try to make that into anti UK and anti English hatred and bile.

I'd go further and keep him out for Sunday too , to give him an extra couple of weeks with the split coming up , as well as that other game .
You've got to assume we can handle Dundee without him .

I often get asked if I enjoy my work as a Football Agent.

Of course, there are times when it’s incredibly mentally and physically challenging. Much like a player, but in a hugely different context.

But there are times when it’s the best, and I mean the best job in the world. Just like last night:

Benfica v Rangers in Lisbon, last 16 of the Europa League 1st leg - which ended, against the odds, 2-2 with Benfica coming from behind twice (with two gifted goals from Rangers).

Dujon Sterling, who as many know, I have looked after for 9 years since 15 years old, scored his first senior goal in 137 attempts (I’ve probably watched most of those games!) What a goal, what a new memory. An many also know, in 2020, Dujon’s career was so nearly ended by a sudden illness, that kept him out the game for 10 months.

What struck me as it went in, standing on my own amongst 3,500 delirious Rangers fans, was what it meant to so many others.

To Dujon: it was his reward for the battle he won in 2020 and never giving in.

To his Mum: a moment that emotionally rewarded her for the countless hours since he joined Chelsea at 6 years old for her love and support every step (or run) he made.

To the coaches and staff of various clubs/ England (to many to name): a wonderful sense of joy for Dujon knowing his journey and the part they played at some point. My phone went crazy as he scored.

To everyone at Rangers (staff/teammates): it’s a team effort from start to finish and a measure of the hard work put in by all.

To those partners behind the scenes (the boot companies, the lawyers, accountants, concierge, insurance, mortgage advisors, barbers, car salesman (endless list!) who know Dujon.

To the media/ journalists: you know who you are and who have never doubted his ability and spoken about it.

To the fans past and present: an unreal bond through thick and thin. Rangers love him coz he gives 100%. He is an elite talent. The fan next to me last night was drunk with a thick Glaswegian accent. Couldn’t understand a single word for 90 mins but when Dujon scored he jumped on me, hit me in the stomach and kissed me 😂 another very special moment.

To Dujon’s close knit friends, in and out of the game: you never doubted.

To my wife, family, friends: thank you for understanding and being there. Countless messages as the goal went in.

To my other clients/ their families/ colleagues: again loads of messages/calls sharing the happiness of the goal.

Football is the biggest sport in the world. It forms part of the wheel of life for so many, for most of their lives. It’s a tough workplace for all involved.

But moments like last night, make it so, so satisfying….and enjoyable 😉

Have a good day everyone. And never stop believing ⚽️ 💙

P.S. in the 2nd leg next week Benfica will experience Ibrox at its firey best. Can’t wait. ✔️

    For who though?
Did Jack have 30 odd mins in him?
Raskin looks miles off it fitness and form wise.
With injuries and lack of fitness from others, his hands are tied.

It’s amazing how many people who normally leave early always manage to stay to the final whistle when we’re winning old firm games.
Got to admire the sacrifices they make for the big games.
