just read a report that the EPL clubs have voted today to bring forward the closure of the summer window to the 9th August. the smaller clubs have been pushing for this for years and I just can't believe they have deliberately scored an own goal . bigger European clubs who have pots of cash to spend will be able to buy players for another 3 weeks not all business is possible in such a short time especially this year being a world cup year
