  1. Personality I think it has greater implications than this one incident. It shows me the player is still not 100% clear of what will pass as acceptable behaviour at this club and I've got more of an issue with that to be honest. They have to know what it means to play for Rangers and everything that entails. It used to be that having the talent was just enough to get you in the door at Ibrox, nothing more. If you wanted to make it here you had to apply yourself and conduct yourself in a manner befitting the club's stature in the game. Windlass has done none of that. I'm also not buying this horse shit that modern players don't react well to the old authoritarian methods. There has to be respect otherwise the whole thing comes down around you. All the top men in the game have it and given our proud history this is the last club in the country that should be deviating from that path.
  2. The thing with this guy is despite the length of time he's been here he obviously hasn't grasped what this club means to its support. He clearly still doesn't understand just what a privileged position he's in to wear that blue jersey week in week out and obviously hasn't learned how to conduct himself when wearing it. When I think of the absolute dogs abuse dished out to the likes of Mcoist during his early days I can't remember him ever displaying petulance like that. There's a very good reason for that though, he knew full well had he done what Windass did big Wallace would have pinned him against a wall the minute he set foot in the dressing room. A certain Jimmy Nicol used to share that dressing room with wee Ally at that time and I'd be hopeful that at some point this morning he'd be having a word with the boy and use the Mcoist example as motivation. The hero status has to be earned here and not taken as granted. Windlass has improved lately but has a long long way to go in terms of work rate and sheer effort before he can consider himself a Rangers player. In the meantime somebody at that club had better be putting him straight on EXACTLY what's expected of him and who it is that pays his wages.
  3. Agreed about the slagging session but hardly a catalogue of disasters considering the time scale? They sneaked up on us for t i a r because they had a hungry team and a lot of momentum. Let's hope we can return the favour eh. Also with respect, you could level the same criticism at Fergie If duff transfer deals and dodgy euro results are worth mentioning. Nobody's perfect but I think Wattie was the best fit for Rangers I'll see in my lifetime.
  4. Cunts tripping over themselves to put the kibosh on this for no other reason than Walter's affiliation to the Rangers. A shower of tarrier bastards one and all. I had no feelings on the subject either way however I now really hope he takes it to rub these diseased fuckwits up the wrong way.
  5. This 100 % and its time people on here started accepting that fact. Gone are the days when we could count on the help of a ref to in any way help us to the points at Ibrox. This should be impressed upon the players before they cross the line. We didn't do enough to merit a result today and although the poxy ref didn't help that's no excuse.
  6. A great wee man never mind a player. Nacho possessed the one quality I always use to gauge a true Ranger. He absolutely knew how to hurt septic.
  7. Exactly this. Anything that gets up their taig arseholes from now on. Let's start to establish this club again and give it the status it deserves. Should be mandatory from now on for any Rangers minded pundit, commentator, representative,ex player etc to to REINTRODUCE "the natural order of things" back into common language when referring to the old firm. Little things like using the word Rangers BEFORE the word c****c each and every time you mention both in a sentence. Scotland 's biggest club, Scotland 's most successful club, etc. It's not small or petty. It's simply the way it's always been before these jumped up fucks seized control of the media and now slowly try to airbrush history.
  8. Must have took him all of 30 seconds of his very first presser to suss these cunts out and decide actually........... They really are not that clever at all! ...... Its been a walk in the park ever since for Murty and he bat's their repetitive shite away with ease.
  9. Why take the time to phone China if not to ridicule Rangers? He's tried digging around in the desperate hope of undermining the integrity of the bid quoted? Somehow doubt he'd go to the same lengths to discredit the manky mob's fanciful claims about dembele. For what it's worth that's what I take from this. Not for the first time this baldy fuck pig trying his utmost to slander The Gers.
  10. Ffs he made a bad start with a few poor performances in a very poor Rangers team. That was then. He's come on leaps and bounds since then and looks more assured as the games rack up. Who'd have thought eh? Play your way onto game. The boy still has good bit to go and is understandably still prone to the odd mistake. Other than that his progress has been marked and with time he should mature into a very steady player for us.
  11. Can't deny his work rate has helped out at the back however I think his lack of game time is evident. Will be looking for a whole lot more from Murphy in the coming months but he has quality and I'm sure it will come.
  12. As has been pointed out already they are an organisation that is populated by bigots. This is the issue that needs addressing first and fore most. A club of our stature has a duty to question those right at the very top of the BBC as to why we are so disproportionately represented in this country when our support is still in the majority. Not to mention some of the comments attributed to those in their employ. There is not another another group of people on this island that would tolerate the ongoing treatment of this football club......Fact. If Dave King's attendance there is any way an attempt to build bridges with these people then he most certainly doesn't represent my feelings towards them.
  13. Clearly has a higher intellect than the mongrels asking the questions.
  14. Welcome to Rangers Greg. Tonight you have been given an opportunity the rest of us can only dream about. Give us all that you have son every single time you pull on the jersey and you will forever have our support.
  15. Outstanding tonight but he must keep it up. That's what we need of him every week.
  16. He was absolutely outstanding tonight no doubt it ,but to say he gets unnecessary criticism for his defending is off the mark. I really like guy but he has been very prone to defensive lapses and has correctly been criticised for them imo. Tonight sets a benchmark for Tav as far as I'm concerned. This is type of performance that makes them Rangers players so let's hope he can keep it up for as long as he wears the blue jersey.
  17. I put my hand up, I've been amongst his biggest critics on here but tonightI I have to give credit where it's due. That's the kind of performance I expect of a Rangers keeper week in week out so well done big man tonight you filled the jersey brilliantly.
  18. Happy birthday to a real Ranger. Glad to hear you are still going strong at 69 Tam, mon the Jaws!
  19. Don't think we should be plucking figures out of thin air as the £10m quoted. He is a striker first and foremost ie the most valuable commodity in the game so even at £10m in today's crazy money world we could be underselling the wee guy. With regards to his comments, if true then somebody at the club should be doing there utmost to get another full season out him. With European exposure and a few goals there's every chance he could catch the eye of a premiership club with money to burn
  20. Let's hope the wee guy makes them all choke by banging the goals in. It won't silence them but it's the best way possible he can answer any flack coming his way.
  21. just the kind of stupid wee thing a catty radio station would pick up on. Of the entire interview trust Radio snide to highlight that very snippet. Both petty and so very predictable.
  22. Guys like Dalziel make it impossible for me to listen to this taig love in. He in particular is way way worse than the plethora of mutants who regularly feature. His comments truly are vomit inducing. No matter how bad things get I pray I'll never be so stuck for money I have to survive by licking fenian arse to make a living.
  23. I'm sure amongst that video is one shota scored against Copenhagen. That goal got us entry to the champions league and if memory serves me correctly was worth some £10m to the club at the time. A class act indeed, was prolific in Holland before us and after he left us for a Turkish side I think.
  24. I get what you are saying mate, I understand your point and agree entirely.
