Biggarbear reacted to Bigsasasfloppyhair in Anyone else think Aribo will be our best transfer business ever?
No, our best transfer business ever was getting a player of Brian Laudrups quality to come to Scotland.
He was and I’ve no doubt be the best player I’ll ever watch in a Rangers top.

There’s way more things we have endured as a club/support than a politician visiting us

Biggarbear reacted to SonOfLuther in Nice Gesture From The Club
Rangers has stepped in to help save the day for a community gala.
Milngavie Community Development Trust was in need of a pitch for Milngavie Week - but now Rangers has made The Hummel Training Centre available.
Milngavie Week runs from June 8 to 15. It includes a dog show, children’s treasure hunt, senior citizens bus trip, pond dipping and a silent disco. It is entirely organised by volunteers and local organisations.
A local resident had offered to run a football competition for young people, but the organisers couldn’t find a pitch. They asked Rangers if they could use their training pitch, which is in the East Dunbartonshire town. The club then offered the use of their facilities.
Now local youngsters from four different boys’ clubs will get a chance to play at the training ground, which cost £14million to build in 2001.
Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson said: “We are delighted to be able to help this local initiative. We’re proud to be part of the Milngavie community, and wish everyone all the very best with the event.”

Biggarbear reacted to stewaj3 in Ryan jack
I'd disagree with the massively inconsistent part. I think he's been one of our most consistent. I think this final third of the season he's struggled a bit after injury at times.
Since moving to the Jack, Davis, Kamara, Arfield midfield we've been great and Jack has played a part in that
Badly missed that shape today in my opinion.

Biggarbear reacted to denya in Morelos Copa America
Sad news for Alfredo is that he not make the provisional list for our Copa America team for next month. The forwards we have that make provisional list is Falcao, Luis Muriel, Duvan Zapata, Rafael Santos Borre, Sebastian Villa, Luis Diaz, Yimmi Chará, Carlos Bacca, Roger Martínez, Andres Ibargüen and Yairo moreno.
Maybe it give him now more motivation for the next season to keep scoring more goals and try to make our Copa America team for next year.

Biggarbear reacted to grant_rfc in Rangers statement r.e. Flanagan Citation
https://www.BOYCOTT THIS LINK/sport/football/football-news/seething-Rangers-issue-stinging-sfa-15842346
A club spokesperson said:
‘Once again, there seems intent to change the decision of a Referee in a match involving Rangers. There seems to be a steady erosion of respect for Scotland’s Referees and the authority they are meant to enjoy under Rule 5 of the Laws of the Game. The decisions of Referees regarding facts connected with play are meant to be final but Referees are now routinely invited to change their decisions after a game has finished.
It is particularly shocking that another Rangers’ player has been singled out for retrospective action and issued with a notice of complaint while Jozo Simunovic, the celtic player who used an elbow to fell Jermain Defoe, has escaped any kind of censure. Why did one incident escape punishment while the other is now deemed worthy of a red card? We cannot understand how these two incidents could be studied yet only one be considered worthy of punishment. It seems as if Rangers’ players are being held to a different code of conduct from players at other clubs. We shall vigorously defend Mr Flanagan and have also asked for full transparency on what matters are brought forward for retrospective action. Are those decisions being made even-handedly?’

Excellent game from Tav today. Genuinely don't think he will be appreciated by some until he is gone.
