I'm going to disagree with you here.
Having watched all of the training videos and all of the player and coach interviews on RTV I think the difference between Gerrard and the previous incumbents is quite stark. He speaks better I think and doesn't use any of the sound bites we have heard previously. His atitude is miles better and he has a level of professionalism that we haven't seen at Ibrox for some years. He is a well respected guy throughout the football world and on that basis I have a load more trust in him than the others.
Of course the proof of the pudding will be in a couple of weeks time but from what I have read, heard and watched it's hard to keep a lid on the enthusiasm.

He was great when he was at the shoot super soccer too (Hubbards i think it was at the time, i was very young). Had time for absolutely anybody. I was proud and privileged to have a Rangers legend on the local football scene when i was growing up.

Johnny Hubbard literally introduced me to football at Dam Park in Ayr. I absolutley loved it. He just had this aura about him. Rest in peace Mr Hubbard.
