Tumshie 205
Obviously disappointed after last nights shambles in the first half and poor finishing in the second half but if we are being totally honest if we miss out on the title it isn't because of that one game. There have been many poor performances thanks to a combination of the management team and the players. Dundee Utd away 2-2. Playing well and 1-0 then frankly shambolic defending in the space of 5 mins cost us two goals and we are on the back foot. Who's fault is it?? The players Aberdeen away 0-0. Great opportunity to go to the top of the table. What do we do. 4-5-1 and happy with a draw. Who's fault?? Management Celtic away 0-0. 4-5-1 again when the Tims are on a terrible run and there for the taking. Finger of blame at the management there. Inverness home 0-1. Should have been an easy three points but once again huff and puff with no end product. terrible substituions and players devoid of any ideas. Who's to blame?? Management and players Hearts home 2-2. Crusing at 2-0 then poor finishing and terrible defending lets us down. Blame squarely at the players

Nice to see someone finally not just saying, its all the managers fault, or, more stupidly, I blame walter and ally?? Last night, I also blame the players, more than anything else. I cant remember the last time I saw Smith so furious as at half time.

Right_To_Censor 1,951
so the players are to blame for last nights mess? who picked the team last night who made the setup? for 46 mins smith sat back and watched us hoof a long ball after long ball after long ball up to two non exsistant strikers only for the ball to go to jones or to run out of play, he watched this unfold then to make matters worse they scored, he made the right changes for the second half but if truth be told the damage was already done and that infact cost us big time regardless if we win the league (still believe buts its wearing thin) or not smith must go. gary2006 123
very interested to see how smith approaches the aberdeen game will he play 3 or 4 forwards and try to batter them and score as many goals as possible or will smith revert to type and play cautious. winning this game on saturday is not enough in my opinion we need to score at least 5 on saturday to have any hope of winning this league title
keithgersbear 3,225
We blew it now really. Which team is likely to score more goals? I can't say it will be us. Plus they have a 2 goal advantage already. It was going to come down to GD after all and Boyd has missed chances lately. The one against Celtic... OK,were not aloud tae sing certain songs but there are plenty we can.Look at Liverpool, they jump on every teams bandwagon and create classic noisy responses!! Leiper 0
Why do people constantly need to justify last night's shocker of a performance? We may well win the league and god knows I will continue to support my team...But before last night, the players, management and fans all knew we were only three wins away for a guaranteed title. Preventing Celtic getting 4 in a row. And guaranteed Champions League money. Why don't you try justifying that after knowing what these last three games meant...How the fuck anyone can give a performance like that in the first half? It is out of our hands, we have a terrible habbit of making everything difficult for ourselves. But keep believing!

cr1993 0
Walter Smith has 2 take most off the blame because lets look at ydays starting 11 Stevie Smith should've been no where near that team he offers us aboluely nothing he is a defensive player so that is why we played him because Walter is a defensive manager. Also Velicka okay he scored 4 in 4 but he is so lazy its unbelievable and his 1st touch is terrible and should be no where near our team because we have got strikers back But The team has 2 take the blame yday Davis and Alexander are all talk in the paper saying we won't bottle it but 1st game after they say that what do we do WE BOTTLE it. The only way that we will win the league is if we beat the sheep by 3 or 4 goals
ManchestGer 351
Everyone's to blame, players and management. Well said, the only man to blame for us not winning the league is Smith, no one else, his negativity has cost us throughout the season, the players only do what they are told, can't see the scum blowing it now, can't see us scoring the goals needed, Smith MUST GO.
