JamieD 20,047
Italy.Hoping someone like Quagliarella is the surprise star of the tournament. The new Baggio mebbe. That would be hard considering the Quag ain't going. Do you know something everyone else doesn't? He made the preliminary squad. Ryan_1 1,136
I've said for three years that England will win the World Cup so I'm sticking with that.On paper though, Spain should win it easily with only really Brazil giving them any sort of competition. At a World Cup however, you can't guarantee anything! Can't wait now, only 3 weeks away!!

ElwoodBlues 41
Argentina wont win it because Maradona is a shit manager.Spain wont win it because I think the expectation of winning it will get to them.France wont win it because they are really poor.England wont win it because of the hype and expectations again.Italy wont win it because they are an aged squad.Holland wont win it because they don't seem to win anything. So my predications are either Brazil, Germany or Portugal.I also reckon a South American team other than Brazil and Argentina will go far, most likely Paraguay or Chile. An African team will go far also, most likely to me would be Ghana. Also reckon a big team wont progress from the group stages and I reckon that would be France.
