Looks a bit dodgy troops

Amir Khan believes a mystery man 'interfered' with the judging of his controversial points defeat to Lamont Peterson.

The American got the nod on the scorecards in his hometown of Washington on December 10 to take the WBA and IBF light-welterweight titles from the Bolton boxer.

Khan, spacer.gif who was deducted two points by referee Joe Cooperspacer.gif during the bout, used Twitter to post a series of messages, as well as pictures, to raise concerns over an individual at ringside sat next to judge Michael Walsh.

He said: "At the beginning of round 2 he (a guy wearing a grey suit with a blue shirt wearing a hat) manages to squeeze in at the front again sat next to Michael Walsh.

"Now the IBF and the WBA have still not confirmed who this guy is and what he was doing there...Now this guy doesn't do anything apart from watching the fight but that's only until round 6 when he starts to interfere!

"From round 6 all the way through to round 12 this guy starts to interfere with what Michael Walsh is doing and they are both not watching the fight.

"This is what I meant about how he was interfering, as no one is allowed - according to the rules - to touch, hold the scorecards or even talk to the judges during the fight."

And Khan's business manager Asif Vali has backed up his fighter's concerns about the man's ringside actions.

Vali said: "We don't know who the official is. We've asked the question, we've written to Washington DC and we're still waiting for their response, and we've written to the IBF and they've still not responded."

(Doubt he's ordering his dinner fae any menu )

He's just as bad as a tim looking for any excuse to blame the officials.he isn't as good as he would like to believe

Have you seen the footage mate?

Even if nothing corrupt was going on, the rules were certainly being broken in that the judge was clearly discussing his score card with someone in the crowd.

The referee warned him to stop pushing, he kept doing it. So maybe he should stop blaming everybody else, and blame the one person that cos him the fight....himself!

(tu) Ive watched the fight a few times and it could of gone either way. What cost Khan the fight was HIS inability to listen to the ref. He was warned time and time again. He is looking like a spoilt kid.

granted he should have took his warning. but the pushing was definitely a 2 way thing at various stages - both players should have been treated fairly.

I agree, I don't think there was much wrong with the pushing. He should of known that fighting in DC things would go against him. Khan took Patterson lightly and was more interested in showing how tough he was, his inside game is terrible, Ricky Hatton would of murdered him if he fought Ricky like that. But I do believe Khan could be a great fighter.

Have you seen the fcuking scorecard khan is awarded 10 points in round 7 or something and it is scrubbed out to 8 then the next round his opponent is awarded what it looks like 7 and its made to look like a 10. This is top flight boxing and no cunt knows who this guy is that actually touches the score card!! as if by magic, whatever is going on khan is right to want answers. I still dont think he lost it this pushing is a load of pish.
