TBagalag 722
If true, this is a fantastic gesture. Would be even more amazing if it cajoled our current crop of homegrown players into telling Levein to stick his call-ups straight up his arse. May be petty but why should these players play when the SFA are hellbent on killing their current source of income.
Peachy 12
It is called standing up for something you believe in. It sounds like a handwringer like you wouldn't know what that means.iWhat do you mean, it gives ammo to the tarriers? It sounds to me like you care more about their opinion than ours. I do not personally give a fuck about them at the moment, this is not about them. There is a certain amount of irony in you sayoing that we should voice our displeasure then you criticise when we do.For too long we have sat back and taken it. We have no owner to defend us, no board, although Ally is doing his best.A true Rangers fan wouldn't be belittling the protest, they would be applauding it. It makes me seriously wonder where your true allegiances lie.And there it is...Plonker.Oh yes must be tim...sigh. does this not get old?If you read the fucking post I said these things backfire. You are all about the mhedia coverage and what I said was this is going to look bad for us in the mhedia.Timing is everything. This is the shit the mhanks do. Why didn't we just trot out the fucking candlelight vigil? If we are going to claim the high road then take it.What I see from this protest is 7000 Gers out of a possible 150,000 or more turned up.I do not like these events and that IMHO. southcoastbear 1,639
Well done Sandy showing great leadership when it's at it's most needed. Also big heartfelt thanks to all who attended the demonstration and am so glad that it passed off peacefully.I hope that another demonstration is being organised as we cannot afford to leave it thinking job well done. Do we have any politicians who would turn out to give a wee speech if we were to lobby scottish parliament for their intervention and say an inquiry into events at SFA.Any ideas how we could follow up on today, personally I don't think police would approve a demo next weekend at hampden and being fair if you were in their position would you. Jimmy9Millar 9
Jardine should keep his award. He got it on merit and the SFA he got it from was a bit different from the current SFA.

Peachy 12
yukWell doneWell are we winners or whiners? It's tainted title. Now we trot out a protest again. The last one against CW was fucking woeful. We set em up and the tarriers knock em out of the park.I guess I'd some need to vent frustration and make it known we are unhappy so be it.My opinion is our Manager has spoke. Sandy is out of line running to the mhedia with his threat to hand his honours back at this time. There is a time and place for maximum statement and all this says to me is we are reacting at the wrong time.I have absolute faith in Ally and back his name them statement 100%.I think Sandy should save his theatrics. If you want to hand it back do it out if disgust later. Not to change a judicial opinion. It smacks of Lemmon. When we are bought and stable we can garrot each of these fuckers. Not now.IMO as a tim of course...cunt

pye1965 26
I agree, wholeheartedly. Very dissapointed in Our Captain lately with his comments for/in the media but thought Big Mark and Sandy have been just how we would want any Rangers man to be!Sandy is a true heroWhat made my heart sink was ,having been brought up with Greig,Butcher,Gough,Barry as captains of Rangers it took me a second to think of the Rangers captain

It smacks of timothy and victimization complex for me.When the dust settles we can settle up with those who twisted the knife.Sandy keep stumpf for now. A threat from a great this time looks like sour grapes.Do it when we are stable without fanfare.Makes a bigger statement.I await the banning.... Buzz 306
Sandy Jardine has certainly done his bit. I know he's gotten a lot of stick recently from supporters, but he's really showing how much the club means to him.

If our national association are goin to hinder our chances of being bought you might not get that chance later on. The time for action is now or never.I think it is great to see the Gers fans starting to mobilise and I think what Sandy is saying is an honest statement of how he feels this club is being treated.Don't worry, you can just wait and let everything sort itself out.
