Jamie29 774
Probalbly the sort of crowds that want to see the Rangers. What sort of crowds would you expect?
54andcounting 627
They will run out of pies and hot-dogs thats for sure.
GMac 1,405
Two away matches at Hampden, our away support could be bigger in the third than in the SPL.
StuartM6 279
I'm in tears.I'm goign home and away from now on regardless. If I'm the only one then so be it. I don't care, I can't give this up.IM IN LOVE WITH RANGERS.
sprotson11 147
It pains me to say this, but IMO crowds will go down.Yes Rangers have a massive following, but in these financial times perhaps only the hardcore will go.I would still expect crowds in excess of 30k each week though. Probably lower end.
JograBear 1,074
Will get around 15k once the Div3 honeymoon period is over.
Redmond7 1,193
I guess it would also depend on pricing, will people really pay SPL prices for instance to watch us rip the pish out of East Fife or Albion Rovers and thats me assuming we would do that of course. I reckon for the first wee while people would flock to Ibrox just out of sheer defiance and bloodymindedness but eventually perhaps crowds would drop to around 25-30k possibly less. The Godfather 72,575
Even if it was 15k it would be far more than what the other teams get down there. What was the Leeds attendances like when they were falling down the divisions?
disgruntled_bear 157
Once the novelty wore off. I'd say we would be drawing in around 10-15k.
Guardian 4,281
If prices are adjusted it may once again open Rangers up to the masses.Taking kids to the game is frighteningly expensive and with some imaginative marketing, Rangers could counter smaller crowds with more kids and families.OK they might not make as much on the tickets but they would have a bigger captive audience for the catering and merchandise. (Which I gather is now ours again)I realise there is a balance between pay as you go and season books but like I said, thats where the imaginative stuff comes in.We should also look at the possibility of playing some of our away games at Ibrox. I don't know if the rules allow it, but a wee team could make a lot of money from it.

The Dude 20,026
18k for a Scottish Cup tue vs Killie, 30k for a Europa LEague tie vs PSV and some reckon we'll get 40k a game in division
Super1872 469
I think we'd be packed for the first few games but that would slowly pass, I reckon we'd be about 10-12k.that is untill we got ourselves back to the spl (if it even exists without us) then the rest of them would come back as if they were never away. thiepvalwood 33
Would rather it was back to the 25k diehards than the extra 20k of fairweathers, grass line using, rather be at asda with the wife "fans" who happen to be around these days. j1mgg 3,766
I think the first season we would get not far off we have now out of the support for us and people renewing their season tickets. It will be year 2 where i would expect to see a drop in ST sales when people have got bored. It is going to be a nightmare to get away tickets though, some of these grounds are tiny. BeautifulSeas 10
I also wonder if all of the grounds would be up to the standard with a huge influx of people.

Danny Morrison 64
Fill out all the grounds.Would rather be in D3 anyway.Don't want to give a single dim to those bigots in the SPL who have been kicking us while we're down.
