Apparently the logic here mate is that they didn't cancel leveins contract, as they intend to pay him his monthly salary until it has expired. But levein now wants the final 20months paid upfront, which he intends to sue the sfa for.

How I see it is that he chose for all this to happen. Why the embargo? Was deemed an unfit punishment yet used it as a condition of membership, why was that? Was it an ego booster that he made us accept it? I'll bet the bastard couldnt give an honest answer to that one. It's the same with SPL and title stripping. No one can give a valid answer as to why they pursue this. Even with McKenzie not well they couldve used his partner to read his evidence. Good summary. His sacking or resignation is long overdue (along with his senior management team). They have done nothing to earn the trust or respect of Rangers and I simply cannot see how we could have any meaningful discussions with Regan and his team. They are discredited, incompetent and not fit to govern Scottish football. It is an unpardonable insult to the reputation of Scottish football that they remain in post. That in itself is testimony to the ineffectiveness of clubs in Scottish football to get rid of him. As I see it, their silence on his performance equates to their being satisfied with his performance. If that is not the case then they should be speaking out and acting. What a terrible mess he and his team have made ....... and he still gets paid. Scandalous.

ps - maybe he can't be sacked as the SFA could not afford it. They couldn't possibly have 2 former employees being paid on gardening leave every month could they? Wonder if the real choice was shall we sack Levein or Regan? Was it a lottery? Did they draw names from a hat? Maybe somebody called out the wrong name and the P45 should have been handed to Regan?
