bilko89 507
You can locate brokers on the London AIM website.http://www.londonsto...x=28&search.y=8NB This is for 'Execution Only' meaning just buying and selling with no advice. Thanks mate. Someone put me onto barclays and I've been having a look around since. Is there always an annual fee with stockbrokers to pay? Because TBH all I want to do is buy some shares in RFC and that's it !
bilko89 507
fuck yes I knew my 500 quid investment was worth every pennyJust to say how I got that, I divided the £500 by 0.70p per share = 714.285......shares Then just multiplied that by 0.765p = £546.43Just incase I'm doing it wrong

I had a wee look around (pointless as I have £2.30 to name atm) and they are all going to charge you. There's one on that list in the link called 'SimplyStockbrokers' or something like that. Say they only charge £8 per transaction. No idea if that is good or not but it doesn't sound too bad. I'll be scanning through the others later on and see what the best deal is for when I have the readies.

Hossy 42
http://www.x-o.co.uk/£5-95 per trade and no admin fee's. Also remember if buying shares you have to pay SDRThttp://www.hmrc.gov.uk/sdrt/intro/basics.htmThis is payable at 0.5% - so for every £1000 worth you have to pay £5 tax on it as well. Also - this must be paid by the 7th day of the following month. So any shares bought between now and end of December would have to be paid on the 7th January.
