Right I dont condone the singing of Songs that are deemed Sectarian.

Lets clear that up, but for a TV commentator to report this is absurd and for them to then announce they are complaining to The Police .

Well that says it all really.

They made these Laws up and is solely for Rangers Fans .

I am not in the business of poor us the Victims ,but what I will say is that this gets Blown way out of proportion by those who hate Rangers .

Quite simply if songs where sung then in the Grand scheme of things an Eight yo boy was hit by a Coin thrown from the Berwick End .

So what's the most Important to you then?

That's the problem I have with all this Singing Crap.Yet some of our own just want to hang our own Fans .

To answer your question - you punish both. The coin throwing & those who sang the bs songs.

And those fans who let the club down today did enough damage on their own. When the headlines tomorrow appear, and the talking heads fire into Rangers AS A WHOLE, AGAIN, guess who we should blame?

we should blame the anti rangers propaganda merchants tomorrow when all the the same scumbags peddle their anti rangers propaganda .i would love to somebody to put Sundays papers and columnist opinion up against the coverage the day after Celtic went to Dundee see if the reporting is fair and balanced and add to that the bile I had to sit through watching the Dundee united game on TV.

Even if that is true, it was our fans singing, nobody else's.

Has this been dramatised? Of course it has, spectacularly so. Espn talking about making complaints was ludicrous and by my ears, most of the songs while not particularly to my taste, weren't illegal or whatever. However, we sang a few bits and bobs of songs that we've been told not to sing. I don't think anyone else can be blamed for that.

Lets be honest, nobody is offended by the content, what they are offended by was us being allowed to get away with it. Everyone in Scottish football dislikes Rangers at the moment, and any chance they get to put us down, they'll take it. That's why I'm disappointed that we've given them the ammunition to do so. When our thousands of fans are there making a racket and backing the team, nobody else can say anything bad about it, but when even a few do this, they're gonna go for it.

Our support this season has been nothing short of astonishing. 13th largest home attendance in Europe, massive raucous away crowds. Amazing. People know that singing these songs are going to only serve to feed these obsessives who love to report our apparent awful sectarianism - my question is then, why give them the opportunity to do so? Why not defy them and just show them how great a support we are? Is the singing of a couple of words, whether you think they are offensive or not, really worth it for all the grief we get for it?

All about Priorities .That's why this Country is in a state .Prioritise Crimes , what's the most Important in the Grand Scheme of things .

Honestly even the Police said they didn't need any more Laws to deal with this.

Never mind another Couple of Women got Battered tonight whilst we discuss this Pathetic Topic .

Some of the enemies of Rangers were out in force at the game today masquarading as fans I'm afraid. I call these so called fans morons because they will never listen to reason, will ignore pleas from the club and fellow fans. These people have another agenda which has nothing to do with football.

I call these so called fans piss heads. They don't go to the game to see football they go for an all day bender. You'll actually see them on here boasting that they were too so fucked they can't remember the game. Or the game was shite so they left early to go back to the pub. A sad sad under class of failures.

A minimum of 1000 posts before you can start a topic.

pretty sure you would have to have started with low posts, so what makes you and anyone else with higher posts any different? I have seen quite a few nonsense topics started by high posters, so if you think stopping low posters starting topics until a certain amount of posts is going to better topics, then you are deluded..

I love watching my team. I hate seeing my teams name dragged into the gutter by guys that have spent the day in the boozer, and when anyone asks them to stop as it will only get the club in bother and give the offended something to dig into us about.

They threaten to bang you in the mouth, and the retort i`ll sing what i want so fuck off

. We now live in a totally different society where the bheast delights in being offended and the press love to get into us.for fuck sake Bears wise up and stop giving them the chances to fuck us over.

We're our own worst enemies sometimes!!

I would say its more like ' the minority in our support are the worst enemies of the majority in our fanbase ' . The club are attempting to make huge strides forward but this tiny 'Rebel Faction' are dragging us down . They have no interest in the welfare of our great club . Im at work now and every single bear (and i have plenty i work with ) were gutted at a minoritys actions , not one thought it helped the club in any way . Surely its time the vast majority stood up to this , starting with comments coming from supporters groups condeming it . Enough is enough.

you will never get rid of the minority bringing the club down after all the hard work thats been put in, but what else can be done, as for the lager louts, nothing wrong with having a pint before the game, but these guys might say they are loyal to Rangers, but they are just out for the jolly and I wouldn't class them anywhere near the name of a "Loyal Supporter"

I can't hear anyone below 5,000 posts. Can someone close that window.

So did you start with 1,000 posts or more or did you start from one like most people.

A persons post count has nothing to do with whither or not they are true Rangers supporters.

I have read some shite on here from people with very high counts.

Well although it pisses me off when he does it Al was being sarcastic with that post..... however the point is valid in a sense as anytime there is a story perceived to be negative and an opportunity arises to attack Rangers it tends to be those "newer" posters who like to comment and start threads. These are usually the same ones who have nothing to say about the games....you know the main point of a football forum. Unfortunately some obsessed individuals make it their mission to come onto forums like this to try and stir things up which is quite sad on its own but unfortunately alot of genuine Rangers fans bite to this and it leads to what we had yesterday....thread after thread of the same negative views. If admin introduced a rule you had to post x amount before starting a topic it would almost certainly reduce the amount of posters on fishing expeditions....
