baxters11 8
He certainly showed commitment when he played here and he does have a forceful personality, dealing with players. Its a yes from me.

TMB 14,167
I'd rather have the guy in charge of Ross County. He's done a fantastic job for them. Better than what Butcher's done for ICT. I would still like to see new coaches in as well.
GOAT 30,449
I honestly think we need a foreign manager to completely change the ethos at the club, for the training, the nutrition to the players we sign.

NorthernLights 2,529
Having seen the football from both managers, I'd much rather McInnes.
elephants stoned 2,994
Better with Pat Butcher, bet the likes of Black would shit it after a bad game with her going spare in the dressing room.
TheBluenose1972 1,405
Very good manager and was a bloody amazing player but i want a footballing man in charge who will change our philosophy on how we play the beautiful game.
delamonty 992
Not for me. Disrespects us when he has a chance. But... would help make us better defensivily.. but does not have the character to be a Rangers manager imho. Debatable to be sure.Anyway, Ally is The Rangers manager and will be for some time imho. Leeds_Bear 8,299
Butcher is a shite manager at any decent levelAdd to this the fact that he has acted with little to no decorum when questioned on our administration and on more than one occasion reffered to us as a 'new club'.Dont want him anywhere near our club quite frankly.Derek McInnes would be a good shout. Uncle Fester 186
I honestly think we need a foreign manager to completely change the ethos at the club, for the training, the nutrition to the players we sign.I'm not at all happy about how much I'm agreeing with you these days, but your right again! GOAT 30,449
Tried that once before it didn't work.Well maybe it's time to get it done, or get the players out that don't like it. Do you think all these big European clubs stand by their players going for a Nandos every other day, doing some light training then going home. Getting out their face every Saturday? Training should be the most important thing we do other than on a Saturday. If our modern day Barry Ferguson doesn't like it? Tough, sell him and bring in a player who appreciates his time as a professional footballer.
The Godfather 75,715
IF it is to happen then I don't want it to be an Ex Ranger anyway. Something new, fresh and dynamic is needed at the club to move forward, a complete overhaul of coaching staff ect wouldn't go a miss either.
