AJ was indeed against Whyte and that is to his credit. However he admits he knows nothing about the people that have invested in this latest share offer and therefore knowing nothing should have prevented him making such a remark. What is it based on? He states he knows nothing about these people.

He himself never invested money when we in dire need of it so why put down the people who did? He should just be quiet unless he knows something.

Well said, respect in AJ

Respect for what, stabbing Rangers in the back? AJ, Paul Murray, Malcolm Murray and all the "lifelong Rangers fans" are continually writing and leaking stories to the press.

They say they want to draw a line under and move forward, but instead are keeping the pot boiling and giving our enemies ammunition on a daily basis.

I wish the whole lot of them would just shut the fuck up!

AJ is a capable guy. However if he does believe there is a cancer growing within the Club, he must also recognise he was part of the problem. Too many people have seen Rangers as a fantastic cash cow over the years and have been happy to take excessive salaries and enjoy extravagent lifestyles - a lot of it on other people's money. The Only cancer I can see is that caused by greed and self interest- AJ was part of that Culture.

His public statements in the FEW times he was in the UK as chairman did not help the club and now his occasional statements from across the atlantic are not helping either.

Like the rest of those who failed the club he should keep his thoughts to himself as he seemed to be happy to do before and keep his mouth shut.

:moon: My mistake, picked a cunt of a night to stop sniffing glue. But I still believe Alastair Johnston tells us the way it is.

There is no taxcase

Later revised to the BTC was a matter for Murray and not Rangers

Oh aye and the banks were wrecking Rangers by not allowing him to spend millions onthe team

Later revised to AJ was responsible for reducing the debt

AJ and the old board wouldn't know truth if it skelped them on the arse

You really shouldn't be posting facts. It spoils the theories of some.

Poor wording on his part, but I agree with the gist of what he's saying.

Classic power struggle and us, as fans, have no idea who's in the right or wrong due to lack of info, media scaremongering and general mudslinging on all sides.

Green by his own admission was in with Whyte to make money (he has made £3 million in shares not including his weekly salary)

and this consortium are all hand picked by Green as are the board,

Walter Smith is only there to appease the fans (10/10 Green, some would say "a master stroke)

Smith is backing Malcolm Murray and Johnston is calling it as he see`s it,

Only a fool that has money to burn would turn away from such a sweet deal like Rangers for 1/10th of the price of its assets alone and lets not forget that Green is being investigated along with Whyte by the "serious crime squad", it may take years before all the dirty washing is in the public domain.

Green is not under any investigation by the "serious crime squad".

If you had a valid point you wouldn't need to embellish or lie.

What a strange post, going for a record on innacuracies?
