King Jela 20,383
Am I?Says a lot about anyone who can only come up with 'clueless' to describe someone they think has limited managerial ability, when that someone has done so much for the club in so many ways. Where respect is earned, it should be given. And there it is...
DelightfulDennis 123
Ally is proving me right atm, and well, Barnes gave it up.Have you looked at the league table?Someone posted it earlier.
Jimfanciesthedude 24,607
It doesn't matter how many times you've aired the opinion, there will never be a time to be abusive/disrespectful towards the man.how many times is ally allowed to make the same mistakes before he is called out on them though
Blue Heaven 37
Somethings never change and that is certainly true regarding the perennial "MOANERS," the same people criticised Walter during the glory years now they have turned their moans on Ally.I love good quality football, the kind of football Man City played today but listen up how much has Ally spent on players? with your constant moaning you would think Ally has spent hundreds of millions, we have a team of free agents for GOD sake.Ally has us on the right road but even Ally admits we have a very long way to go.GOD BLESS ALLY McCOIST. TravelingWilBEARy 4,319
by fans supporting ally, to me they were frustrated at ally being called out on his mistakes and lashed out, just as the fans complaining about ally are lashing outThat justifies being abusive towards Ally, after all he's done? Of course it doesn't.
DelightfulDennis 123
True but he has not impressed at all in his managerial career. That's clearly not true. He's had good days and he's had bad days but overall he's did a good job, under very difficult circumstances. Circumstances no Rangers manager has faced before. King Jela 20,383
With an 100% record so far in the league? Aye if you say so In a league up against teams who don't even have 1/10 of his budget. Quality stuff..
TravelingWilBEARy 4,319
how many times is ally allowed to make the same mistakes before he is called out on them thoughThere is highlighting mistakes and there is just being downright unpleasant and disrespectful. Inigo 32,534
ally has been well looked after by the club in return, it isnt a one way street when it comes to ally and the club Of course it isn't, and it's quite right that he has. But that's got nothing to do with being respectful rather than disrespectful. Some of the posts about McCoist, the poster has made the conscious decision to be disrespectful in tone whilst criticising rather than respectful. There's no need for it. Blue corn flakes 1,282
With an 100% record so far in the league? Aye if you say so O aye, 100% knocked out of every cup. and winning in a part time lg and producing the most unattractive football I've witnessed as a Rangers supporter. Columbo 588
Exactly the point of the thread. Some people seem to have trouble grasping that though and go off on one on how they think he's doing. Not everyone possesses the same incredible astuteness as old Columbo here woodvale1690
King Jela 20,383
No, what he delivers on the field will will keep him in a job. He's delivered mostly shite so far, so that can't be it..

Play badly (despite the result) and it's Ally's fault, play well and it doesn't matter because we're playing against inferior teams. gogzy

Columbo 588
O aye, 100% knocked out of every cup. and winning in a part time lg and producing the most unattractive football I've witnessed as a Rangers supporter. His records in the cups is pretty abysmal I'd agree with that and something that needs to be improved. As for the football it's been decidely better this season than it was last. Its unsurprising its the most unattractive type of football you've witnessed as a Rangers supporter because Ally is having to work with the worst set of Rangers players in history. Better players = better quality of football In a league up against teams who don't even have 1/10 of his budget. Quality stuff..It's not his fault we're in this league and he can only beat who he's against. The real test for him will come when we get back to the top flight I fully agree with that, in the meantime beating the opposition is his job and he's doing that
