clarkie 43
Hope and pray he's not, but being realistic can you put your hand on the RFC that covers your heart and say that you know he won't be sold for finance reasons? All this shite that's going on I know I can't.
sergio 1,199
I expect lee Wallace to be sold this summer. Stevie Smith has been a decent stand in, his cross into the box for shiels goal was first class.

Stevie Smith has been a decent stand in, his cross into the box for shiels goal was first class.Do not accept that - if we sell Wallace this summer to paper a financial crack we are kidding ourselves. How much do we lay out next transfer window for a replacement with no guarantee of an equivalent quality. This takes nothing away from Stevie Smith, quite the opposite - I think our left side is sorted because of his presence and we should concentrate on other areas of the team. WilliamFyfe 1,438
Id take no less than £3m for Wallace.
RWB72 1,532
If Wallace goes I have confidence in smith to step up like he has already shown he can do.
ready1873 3,902
I would be fairly confident with Smith at LB if Wallace left. Also, if I'm truthful, I find Wallace a bit over-rated by the fans. Smith is an able replacement.

GWR1979 1,987
Smith has played well and carries a goal threat. Great cross today for Shiels goal.
Rangers#1 5,480
Gets better every game and a real goal threat with free kicks.
simplythebest 11,453
He has shown something lately but i'd still get rid, bit of a luxury we can't afford
Iakona 2,273
Wallace at left mid is.. :anguish: :anguish: :anguish: He likes to get forward.. but he does this by running from deep - into spaces that are created by the midfielder infront of him. He doesn't have the pace or the technical ability to be an out and out winger. It's one or the other.. both do not fit into the same starting 11. McCoist gets a silly amount of stick for trying to shoe horn players into the starting 11, yet here we are trying to do the same!
calio 688
Excellent with his delivery again today, good engine and largely contributed to the fact most of our good play was up that side.MOTM for me today.
cushynumber 25,178
I couldn't get my head around his signing but a few games on the trot has sharpened him up and he is starting to look the part.
Wearethepeople72 1,847
He has probably been our most consistant player in the past few months. Can't see Wallace in defensive midfield working. Great to know we have a good back up left-back though. What we need is a right-back who is good at attacking and defending to match it on the other side. You are forgiven, Smith was judged by many before he played a game for Rangers, but thats what football fans do...

allgers 735
still not wrong about Foster though .. Would have to agree, I would qualify that by saying Foster has his moments but makes too many mistakes, if he could clean that up you never know. trublusince1982 768
Been really impressed with his attitude and application. Quite a few other players would do well to follow his lead. It says a lot about his performances that I would now be happy to accept £2m for Wallace.
Brubear 2,953
I know the guy who was under 16 coach when Smith came through Murray park with the likes of Adam, Burke and Hutton and always said Smith was the best of the bunch.
the goal machine 7,813
I know the guy who was under 16 coach when Smith came through Murray park with the likes of Adam, Burke and Hutton and always said Smith was the best of the bunch. He looked it when he first broke in to the team, I thought he looked a lot better than Hutton. Then injuries hit him. Glad he's doing well now, always seemed like a good professional.
Zappa6995 3,686
Seems to be playing well and enjoying an injury free run in the team.Maybe the end of the season has arrived a wee bit too soon for Stevie.Hope can start next season as well as he is finishing this one. mclovin9091 1,405
If we are going to show horn players into positions. When Wallace is back, fuck foster off and play stevie as a RB.
Albertz Laces 35
was very impressed when he first emerged into the starting 11 from the youth team. Never seemed to rediscover form after injury. Our second half performance today made me wonder if Wallace could play infront in the left midfield role, as previously mentioned.Satisfied with his involvement the last 4/5 weeks
