Can't believe people are actually falling for the QR code shambles that started from a Djokovic hater.

One minute it shows negative, next minute positive.

Der Spiegel even claimed results were from 26th and not 16th and then had to back down as was the download date.

Guy has blatantly ignored the rules, sought some dodgy exemption which government are under no obligation to grant and then has been caught out lying on his papers. He should be deported and strip him of his 2021 title while they are at it for a laugh. If a regular person tried on the same they would have no sympathy. He's a nut job.

I genuinely fear the crowd reaction if he plays. The 82% poll to deport him if anything is favourable - among those that have the financial means and interest to attend the AO it guess it would be 95%++.

it’s also human error and your text  ‘device by omission’ is just speculation

Human error is putting the wrong date down not forgetting you'd travelled to two different countries just a few weeks earlier when you'd apparently tested positive for Covid.

You’re now conflating the issue with his positive test unless it wasn’t added that to the visa application, was that the case?

Human error is by the admin who completed the form but he should have checked it but when you’re flying in and out different countries every week then this is the sort of things that your staff do so you can focus on the job at hand.

Do people actually think sports stars are browsing Skyscanner 😂😂

Yes, that was the case. The first anyone knew of Djokovic's positive test was when it was revealed in court papers.

I wonder what the sponsors think of their championship being devalued in this way? How can it have any credibility without the guy who has won the last 3? :ang:

Perhaps it would suit the Aussie government to let him begin playing but have his preparation so disrupted that he will soon lose and solve the problem?

The sponsors don't have a lot of lee way at this moment in time.

After everything Melbourne has been through, especially the last few years the general public don't give a fuck about him and if he gets in they will go ape shit because he gets special treatment.

They have been shat on by that tit Dan Andrews their premier and they are over lockdown, their could be serious shit happening if this is not handled right

and that was accepted by the judge

The judge ruled based on procedural errors rather than Djokovic's argument. In fact, Djokovic's own team argued a 'typo' (or human error) should have made the  Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation 'defective',

Love watching him as a competitor. Just a beast on the tennis court.

Always good to see an arrogant prick being brought down a peg or two, though. Would clearly do pretty much anything to win. And he wonders why he's not as popular as others.

Quite obviously a deserved result given what's happened.
