As shown yesterday at the Rugby...Aye!

Aye ! because as someone who has attended Rugby games, its a different crowd with a different mindset. Supporters can mix freely and manage to behave themselves.

There's too many cunts in Scotland who just can't behave with a drink in them. It's just going to lead to trouble.

Truth is there's more bampots at football than rugby, and rugby fans don't have a history of violence and trouble.

Guys are talking about 'the good old days' of having a drink and a fight, but for most people that's just not life anymore.

And it's not a 'conspiracy', as the filth are pushing for it and it's getting knocked back.

It's a shame some people cant act like adults.

Are people incapable of going two hours without drinking nowadays.?

When you attend any other sport you can have a drink if you fancy it. If you go to the theatre or a concert booze is on tap. If you go to the pictures you can have a wine or five if you so desire. If you watch football in any other country in Europe, the chances are they'll serve you a beer. Yet here, in the greatest and friendliest wee country in the world (copyright A Salmond), you are prohibited as an adult to exercise your legal right to enjoy alcohol. Fucking nuts.

True, but don't remember anyone in the cinema or theatre launching bottles down at the seats in front. There are too many people that attend football matches in Scotland who are bad enough without more alcohol in them.

Staying where i do i see many different nationalities throughout the summer months, but have yet to see any of them staggering about the streets pissed and looking for trouble, unlike the local youngsters.

You get Ned's firing bottles and glasses full of piss at concerts and fights galore. Yet the government are happy for you to drink until you pass out at gigs. No way are the people who go to football worse than a Barrowland concert crowd.

In the stands having a party....Rangers fans not allowed to drink in their own stadium.

Fucked up Country will live in.

crazy rule that

went to game here in NZ the other day: west ham, newcastle playing, everybody getting pissed up, watching the game and having a laugh! Guess we take it for granted

Don't go to concerts so can't compare, but from your comments that might not be a bad thing.

The behaviour at many is borderline feral, fuelled by the booze on sale. But the government don't seem fussed. So why the concern over football fans indulging? As I said before, it's nuts.
