Rankin1873 69
Rumours doing the rounds that Brighton have made a bid for Lee Wallace. Some rumours saying the offer has been accepted, others saying it hasn't. I'm aware that it is The Sun that appear to have fuelled the rumour but still cause for concern surely. If he goes it will be the final straw for a lot of people who are on the edge as it is.For the record if Wallace goes he goes with all of our best wishes and we appreciate all he has done for the club. Redsox1 1,361
Wallace should be our captain for years to come never mind being sold.
Parlaneloyal 353
He's our only real assetAbsolute disaster if he's sold
rangersross 6,540
Hasn't been performing very well recently, but he's still unusual - almost unique - in being a member of our squad capable of playing in a top division title-winning team. Would be gutted if we lost him.

j1mgg 3,766
If he gets sold then the money better be used to get rid of Ally and Co.
BlueSuedeSambas 54,251
Been in poor form for a while now but still our best player by a mile.It would be gutting to lose him so close to is reaching the SPL again but considering where we are any decent offer was always likely to be accepted, especially if there's a shortfall of cash at the club. trueblueal 2,117
I would estimate the total realistic transfer value of our squad to be around 3m. Wallace is about a third of that. Will be a long road back without serious money and a change in philosophy.
bombaybadboy08 15,660
Na, only one year away from the top league, Europe etc. He's better than Brighton anyway.Unless he is being pushed out the door of course.
Wearethepeople72 1,847
Any less than £2 million and they can fuck off.
whytes3 254
We have to accept that we are a sellign club and if the right bid comes in for any player then we woudl have to accept it, particularly when our financial position has been so openly poured out to the media as some of our so called "fans" have been desparate to do.Realistically, anythign at the £1m mark would have to be ocnsidered seriously

Allanger 625
Lee, by his own standards, has been poor. I still think there is a good player there who could do a job for us for a while. I would be disappointed if we let him go
gogzy 31,195
With season ticket sales being lower than expected, it would not surprise me at all if we did accept a bid for him.Us bringing in that full back lappin on trial suggests there might be something in this. Clemdog 39,389
Wouldn't be surprised if he left considering we can all see the state we'll be in once we reach the SPL. Wallace wanted to go on a journey back to the top with us, it hasn't really been that. More of a stumble.

kris1984 1,299
Lappin replaces him then I'll rage Wallace better thAn then IMO, if he was at Celtic they would want £8m odd for him

Guardian 4,281
If he goes we can chalk that up to the non renewers. I'm hoping if he does it is to offset the cost of getting shot of Ally and his management team. That's one big cost removed and a huge increase on our chances of getting into the premiership.Any rebels would have a bloody cheek moaning if he gets sold. cushynumber 25,178
at the tail end of last season and so far this season, he hasn't exactly set the heather on fire. Personally, I think he is a little over rated and if we had decent cover i would sell him. However we don't have decent cover - and i include Smith - we don't exactly look like shoo in to win this league, and over rated or not - he is still one of our better players, so I think we should keep him. That being said if we can get £2m, I would bite their hand off and hope Smith steps up.
