Jelavic191 4,800
Went along to Cappielow with my cousins (who are big Ton fans) seeing as we played last night and there was a bit of Rangers interest with Robbie & Luca playing.Robbie played on the left of midfield like Lewis Macleod does for us. First half he wasnt in the game much at all, had a strike from about 20/25 yards that went close but that was about it. Morton were pretty woeful in general. Second half he seemed to impose himself on the game a bit more and quite a bit of the play went through him. He has a good strike on him even though the finish was pretty much a tap in. Looks pretty competent at that level, probably could play in the Championship too but, being totally honest, I don't see who he would replace in our midfield.Gasparotto wasnt really troubled, seemed to have the Morton strikers sussed out pretty quickly and had a solid game. He too could probably play at a higher level. It did make me wonder what they'd be like if they'd had the same game time as Aird & Macleod especially Luca. KingInTheNorth 27
Good mate of mine plays with Ayr. Said Stoney played well and stood out on the ball. Good stuff .
Madina 4,245
I was at the Ayr v Stranraer game today and Stoney didn't impress me at all. He had a few chances, one he fluffed badly. Not sure the Longworth/Stoney partnership will work upfront for Stranraer

Rankin1873 69
Spoke to a mate of mine who was at the Clyde game. He thought Halkett did ok however had one sloppy back pass that let East Stirling in but they missed. He seemed to reckon he was ok but still early days and Ferguson brought in a lot of new players and made 4/5 changes for the game which wouldn't of helped him. Hopefully he kicks on.

Balgreen Bear 15
Cracking thread. It's excellent to see what we are missing. Our own running riot elsewhere as we struggle with the Alloas etc.
Rankin1873 69
Just a suggestion to AlBear85 who's doing a smashing job in keeping us all updated on how the loanees are getting on, but could you possibly include clean sheets for our defenders as this is probably more of a judgement rather than goals and assists. gersandy 594
Spoke to a guy who goes to Airdrie games (a tim). Hes impressed with Gasparotto. Obviously hes not going to be a world class superstar, but he looked well above the level hes playing at. According to him hes no less a player of Moshni or Zaliukas.
