Bestie 25
Best of an average bunch in the first team just now. That said, Robinson can consider himself unfortunate to loose the number one jersey as he did very little wrong when he got his chance.Maybe Robinson was carrying an injury, however, there is no way he is a worse option than that the clown sitting on the bench for us today. One of the most uninspiring keepers in general I have ever seen, never mind Rangers keepers. Regular below average performances where the two things he manages are lots of flapping and picking the ball out the back of the net. Should be nowhere near Rangers.Robinson wasnt injured by all accounts Mc call doesn't like /rate him Its not the best man management to take Someone out of the team that's playing well to replace him with a keeper obviously not ready to play. Then drop him from the bench ???I know that bell and McCall have the same agent which may be part of the reason ,but it may do bell more harm than good
LaudrupsPatrickBoots 13,540
Don't rate him. Been quite impressed with what I've seen from Robinson but I think we need a better keeper in the summer.

Carnbroe Bear 275
Understand that's he's been out injured and needs more games......but if asking questions it has to be in what capacity is Jim Stewart still picking up wages as a goalkeeper coach if all our keepers cant seem to manage the basics.Simonsen's faults were repeated game after game with no improvement and it appears Bell's going the same way. ianferguson 2,619
Big mistake choosing Bell over Alexander but surely down to Jim Stewart rather than Ally .
trueblueal 2,117
Bell is an above average SPL keeper but not top drawer. Simonsen and Robinson are mince. We could use a keeper for next year but it's not a top priority if Bell is fit and the budget is limited
pcbear 10,924
Woods/Goram/Klos/McGregor sorted out 20 odd years of not worrying about goalies, hard acts to follow.
Reformation Bear 6,453
I thought Bell looked more than edgy against Hearts. Whoever is Manager next season looks like he will have a difficult job building a team to compete regardless of which league we are in. Assuming there is a wholesale clearout of out of contract players plus others moving on or finishing as players there could be a major rebuild needed. I'm assuming that McCulloch will not continue as CB and that Moshni will go. So a new CB pairing to give Bell (if he remains keeper) cover would be vital. Because Bell is not commanding in the air. We could see yet another season where corner kicks or free kicks fired into our penalty box prove to be too hot to handle and we concede goals that should be avoided. Without a core of a GK and a couple of CBs who command the penalty box and cut out shots or headers on goal we will be vulnerable to dropping far more points than we should. Surely something must be learned from the shambles of the last 3 seasons of giving away cheap goals. Strikers that make and take chances regularly would be good. This season has been terrible from that point of view. So who will be given striker responsibilities next season? If we are still in the Championship a repeat of this seasons striker failings would be very hard to bear.

Jack The Flipper 5,936
Seems to be an average goalkeeper, have been waiting for him to prove me wrong but that's all he will ever be by the looks of things. Like others have said we have been spoiled goalkeeper wise and it's a bit of a shock to the system not being 100% comfortable with the man between the sticks. G.E.C. 19,047
It's a confidence thing mainly, I think he's scared of re-injury.That's why Edu always shat it from a 50-50.
Wawrinka 88
Big mistake choosing Bell over Alexander but surely down to Jim Stewart rather than Ally .Lower wages and 10 years youngerAlso, if one of them was going to be called up by Scotland, it would obviously be BellNo chance was it a "big mistake"
