tannerall 25,935
Personally would never go to a British type pub in Gran Canaria, when the local pubs and drinks are so much nicer, and the staff and clientele freindly. Same in Tenerife. If you were recommending a Glasgow pub to a Spaniard would it have to be a Spanish one ?There's even a couple of Irish bars in Las Palmas called Sheehans and the Harp Find a shady ornate old fashioned Spanish pub in Las Palmas or further along coast and drink yeasty local lager, dark Spanish beer, dry Spanish sherries or the local rum "Arehucas" on ice or with coke. Don't forget to ask for Tapas.Go for cocktails or bottle of good Spanish wine at Tropical Muelle Deportivo on the roof overlooking Las Palmas. The dragon Pub on the beach at Playa Ingles will always put the game on as will The Bulldog in Avenida de Tirjana
