While I agree they have a great team and the best manager there is no point in having rules and allowing clubs with expensive lawyers to simply ignore them. Teams in lower leagues in England without the fancy lawyers have been hammered for financial offences and rightly so. At some point there has to be consequences for breaking rules and it’s not just about city winning a lot because I have the same opinion on Everton and Juventus who seem to have been ignoring the rules too.
