Reading the PDF file is quite eye opening,Especially reports of contaminated ground that isn't as contaminated as the original ground report says it is.

Anyone reading it should pay attention particularly to section 11 playing the " we're poor " card.

Can't understand why they also have first dibs on this ground as it's owned by the taxpayer and should like every other building owned by the taxpayer up for sale..Be put on the open market to the highest bidder.

When Rangers put forward plans for the club deck part of the stipulations of building it was the club had to build additional car parking in the area,Namely the Albion car park..
