Fuckin ridiculous decision but all an appeal will lead to is him missing Hearts away instead of Kilmarnock at home.

He has no defence against the charge so is not going to win

Pointing out others who inflicted serious injury have not been cited does not change what he did

Accept the ban so he misses the easier match but then sue the compliance officer for the discrimination it most surely is

He can't be watching the same footage I am.

Bowman deliberately positioned his elbow high and pointed toward the head of Casdoso as he jumped.

It was violent and wreckless conduct with intent to injure. To say it merited only a yellow card is nonsensical and actually encourages players to do it..

Correct. A red card offence on its own regardless of his first booking.

Great statement.Decline the ban and at the actual kangaroo cou.........eh appeal, wire up video evidence of the game as well as the hibs game for everyone to see.In fact show footage of the assaults constantly aimed at our players by all these hammer throwers From various gamesand ask them to justify why these things continue to not only go unpunished but seem to be actively encouraged due to continually being allowed to happen.Fuck them all let’s go to war.

There's definitely an argument for this. The referees and the compliance officer in his inaction have set a very low marker for what's acceptable in the game and worse than a petulant kick out like Alves did has either went unpunished or been deemed a yellow

Doesn’t go far enough imo...

I'm not sure what you mean. It has went as far as the match against Motherwell, and then raised an important point of the use of a panel for what are decisions that are arguably best dealt within a match, and by the referee. I think the issue raised, regardless of which club made it, is worth taking further, and I hope the club endeavours to find a consensus among other clubs to have this looked at.
