He stayed because he'd recently joined on a very good contract. He was captain of the club when standards were in the gutter and we were being out-fought and out-ran by part time players. It’s a very similar situation to the warburton v joey barton aftermath of an oldfirm defeat in which again we never laid a glove on celtic again.
