Should Murty appoint an experienced coach?

To come in and work beside him?

We have a fairly inexperienced managerial and coaching team at the moment so I don’t think an older, more experienced head who’s got a been there and done that feel about him coming in to assist would be the worst idea in the world.

Murty has said he is able to add to his staff if he wants to so IMO the question is who would, or should, he target?

No. No point as this squad are what they are, it would cost money we don't have and he stands or falls by his own hand.

If he were going to appoint an experienced coach, then why dudn't the club just appoint one as manager ffs and Murty could be the assistant. No sense in it.

Murty will be moved aside before next seasons season tickets go on sale. No point him appointing anyone. He's being used by a board who do not give a fuck about any of their employees or how they treat them or their gullible fans.
