UEFA need to lead the way with consistency. They are at the top of the game for the whole of Europe. When something is as black or white as throwing objects there is no grey area open to interpretation. 

Same goes for Porto. Racism was blatent. Yet we have partial ground closure for something that takes time to be explained why it could be deemed offensive.
