cornelius11 74
Pretty hard for Beasley to get any sort of consistancy when he's never given a fair crack of games. I bet if he could keep injury free and given a run that Broadfoot, Miller, Boyd and McCulloch were given - he'd show what he was capable of! I'd certainly rather see Beasley than shite like Adam or McCulloch. Apparantly Beasley was brilliant in the reserves game against caley thistle. scored one, set up another and generally looked good on the ball. id have him on the left on saturday. nvager 498
Walter has options, but then again that scares me. I wonder if Barry will be rested as he's played a lot of games in a short while after being out. My team would be: Mcgregor, Whittaker Bougherra, Weir, Papac, Davis, Edu, Mendes, Beasley, Miller and Boyd - If Miller is not fit then try Lafferty or Novo up front. Barry on the bench along with Broadfoot who also has been stale recently. Walter may well include McCulloch and Adam. Should be interesting, but we must win this game. Look to bring Lafferty on at some point up top or even start him if Miller is struggling. As much as he's disappointed me i'd give Beasley a run of games. Wreckedroy 33
___________________________________McGregor____________________________ _________________________Bougherra____________Weir______________________ Broadfoot________________________________________________________Whittaker _______________________Ferguson____________Mendes_______________________ Davis_____________________________________________________________Beasley ___________________________Boyd________Miller____________________________ If Miller doesn't make it I wouldn't be surprised to see McCulloch take his place, but Lafferty or even JCD are more likely options. Or Novo perhaps? Beasley has been poor so far this season, but made 1 goal and scored the other in the reserves the other day, so he'll probably get the shout. I fear for him against the sheep, as he'll be a target for some physical abuse from their midfield, but he's the only player likely to give us the width we've so obviously lacked recently. ShootSpeedKillLight 0
McCulloch and Boyd up front together? I seem to remember Beasley scoring a winning goal against the sheep last time we played...oh wait. He should definitely be played on the left on saturday IMO. As others have said, give him a run of games (a sustained run, not this 2 games in a row then dropped for 5 bullshit) and I'm confident he'll show us what he can do. Plus he's an actual wide player, and we need at least one of them.
BeerGut86 0
i think there is going to be a big decision tomorrow like a penatly or a red card hope it doesn't go against us...

Frankie 505
Bad news. Miller has been an important player creatively for us.... I guess Novo or Lafferty will replace him.

Ibroxblue 122
Yes we will (if he'll pardon the expression!) miss Miller. Hopefully at least one of Boogie and Papac will be fit.
Jimenez 1
If Bougie is out then McCulloch it is. Miller will be a loss but we've got lots of cover in that area of the park.
Amac9 2,060
Bougherra and Papac out could result in points dropped.
papaguy51 912
Walter, please don't play McCulloch in there. Get Whittaker in at RB and Broadfoot at CB. Please
Muff 245
I see us dropping points tomorrow. The thought of Aluko, Miller and Mackie running at McCulloch is frightening. Miller usually plays well against us and caused Weir big problems the last time and during last season. Miller out - Lafferty has to be given a start. I see Darcheville starting tho. Jimenez 1
Walter, please don't play McCulloch in there. Get Whittaker in at RB and Broadfoot at CB. Please Smith at left back if Papac is out? I'd rather he gave Kinniburgh the starting slot if that was the case but that wont happen.
Frankie 505
Kinniburgh is just back from a longish injury spell. I think the laddie Wylde has been played at left back more often?

Jimenez 1
Kinniburgh is just back from a longish injury spell. I think the laddie Wylde has been played at left back more often? He has indeed and has been doing well, however Kinniburgh has more experience and is just that little bit better in the defensive department so IMO a little less risk. Though I'd be happy to see Wylde. The boy can sure bomb up and down the flanks. Though let's be honest. Neither of them stand a chance in getting on the pitch never mind a start.
