Teams often go a goal down

It's how they respond to conceding it that matters. Especially after being relatively in control for the first 45 minutes.

Problem with Rangers today was that other than our toothlesness up front from Miller, Boyd and even Davis, we simply gave up once McDonald scored.

After that went in, we created zero - we looked beaten; directionless, clueless, and totally disorganised.

We almost looked like we were playing out time.

Us fans can accept being beaten when their side plays with heart and desire until the final whistle - defeats happen in life. The best teams are the ones who even when being beaten, still fight and harry even if they do eventually lose.

To watch us concede so feebly today was pathetic.

I'm not even blaming individuals - as a unit there was just not enough, and all the graft and desire we thought Smith had instilled back in the team following the PLG era was completely absent today after we lost.

And that's what hurts the most. Not so much losing, but looking so shit and beaten in the course of doing so.

What hurts is the desperatively poor long ball time after time in the last 20/25 minutes which consistently gets headed back up the park, yet we do the same thing again and then we do the same thing again and it's headed away and

we do the same thing again and it's headed away and

we do the same thing again and it's headed away and

Spot on Danny. I thought NO SURRENDER was supposed to be our battle cry. For the fans, maybe.

I thought Celtic were screaming out to be ran at. Caldwell and Naylor on bookings, and weren't looking confident with players running at them. Instead we lumped high balls up, where McManus and Caldwell looked quite happy.

Same old story. It has become a farce.

Shows how little influence Captain Marvelous had on the game.

Spot on ...and they knew it....they could smell the blood and they went for it. Really poor show, we deserve better.
