The place needs a scrub uo . The roofs of the three other stands apart from bill struth stand really need cleaned up. The way King was talking the roofs need to come off altogether and be replaced. Hopefully when that happens they get shot of that bloody Family Stand sign. Am sure there.will be some architects coming forward. They have been on there for a fair number of years now and there shpukd be a provision of money for general maintenance of the business as week as capital fund to spend on full overhaul of identified areas. Clearly we were not in a position to do that previously with all the bull shit... but now I think the board shoukd be looking to put a certain percentage of the season money away for.stuff like that. But it is something we should be looking to do over the next few seasons as part if an integrated plan that includes major overhaul as well as minor fixings and fittings I am a plumber i will do really good rates for them. Yes well tge club need to get there finger out with that one .They had plenty of offers of help a year back from various tradesmen, but I'm not sure they took anyone up on it. Mojo84 182 Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 The frustrating thing for me is that we can all see the bigger jobs that need done, like cleaning/cladding/replacing the roofing, more banners etc. but I was really hoping that a lot of the smaller jobs would've been done for the start of the season. There's still seat numbers missing and railings and stairs needing painted. It's especially frustrating when these services were offered for free/cost price by fans previously.
