Canabear 4,558
What was the best old firm goal we've scored? Can anyone beat this belter from Cooper??? I was fortunate to be there that day and there are those who were there that say Jardines goal that day was just as good. Cooper's Goal was an "did i just see what i thought i saw" moment though and to be fair John McDonald's,who scored Rangers first goal that day,was a belter as well. ianferguson 2,619
Coopers old firm goal has no equal but if we qualify it by choosing a goal in a significant game then Albertz goal in semi at parkhead from a run started in his own half and finishing with the ball in the top corner is the best for me. Jelavic191 4,440
Pedro Mendes at Parkhead. Sone Aluko is another one of my favourites.
siddiqi_drinker 14,635
Thread should really have been what's the second best OF goal. For me Tom Forsyth - immeasurable skill and poise Hey but how we celebrated that one
Scotland Says No 49
Super Cooper in the Drybrough cup final. Also Sandy Jardine's in the same game. Off the top of my head.......Alex Miller in the last minute at the Pigsty, Ray Wilkins volley, Konterman's thunderbolt and Thern's screamer. thebluedoo 2,652
Perhaps the op could have categories like, best individual which he has highlighted , then perhaps long range, perhaps team move, cup goal, just saying

Gooseman 889
The Cooper goal is a thing of beauty which simply has no equal in the history of the Scottish game. There have been so many fantastic goals over the years against them. Goals like Fergusons free kick, mendes and his piledriver, the list goes on. But for me the ray Wilkins volley is second only to coopers goal.

harlands plater 16,975
Coop and Sandy. The fact they were scored in the same game is uncanny.

left winger 14,174
I seem to remember a great move then Durrant sliding it under the keeper at Ibrox.
GOAT 30,449
Depends what you mean by best?Best and most memorable goal, Lovenkrands injury time winner in the cup final.Great goal, Thern at Ibrox.
Chambo 197
Probably going to get slated here but whilst Coopers goal is very good, I don't think it's as good as it's made out to be. I think there are far better Rangers goals against Celtic.
quinty 1,445
" A goal made in England..." Jonas Thern Albertz free kick under the wall too many to mention Any goal against that shower is great - even Flo's
now then forever 298
One of the scrappiest old firm goals, but what a moment this was..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ky8XMSOTLxU
Leeds_Bear 8,110
It would be hard to choose, in recent times I think Aluko, Jelavic in the final and Lee Wallace for my favourite picture in the last few years. My all time favourite though is Edu in the last minute, my first and only Old Firm game and to win it in the last minute I've never experienced anything like it! LaudrupsPatrickBoots 13,510
Albertz free kick into Stewart Kerr or the 2 almost identical goals he scored past them a few seasons later.Jonas Thern's volley.Lovenkrands last minute header.Konterman's long ranger.Aluko on the day we stopped them winning the title.Few of my personal favourites. hammer93 15,057
To many to mention to be honest, I've always had a soft spot for gazzas at the piggery when he burst through on the half way line to make it 2-0.
