In truth I'd stopped paying attention to him and all the dramas surrounding the fans groups ages ago but potentially ruining the lives of good Rangers fans just to make himself look good was horrific and it shouldn't be allowed to be forgotten
 

Quick frankly, he is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. 
The future of an organisation that owns 6.25% of our club, has around £1.5m of our money is the only thing that matters at the meeting next week. 

Well they could organise it in a venue that was big enough to hold the membership they have. Alternatively they could have contacted all the members and asked if they intended attending the meeting and then booked an appropriate room. Instead they book a room and say entry is on first come first served and access will be denied when capacity is reached. That is certainly unprofessional and you could say tarrieresque.

As you will be aware following the announcement from Club 1872, all 3 of us have resigned as directors. We considered it an honour and a privilege to be voted to serve on the board of Club 1872 by our fellow Rangers fans, and those of you who know each one of us personally will understand how painful it was for us to leave an organisation we firmly believed in and worked tirelessly to establish since our election.

We feel it is incumbent upon us to outline to members the reasons why we felt our positions had become untenable. As anyone who has served on a board or committee will know there will always be differences of opinion and varied interpretations on matters and the Club 1872 board was no different in that respect.

However, throughout our tenure we found the conduct of one director particularly challenging, causing all of us to make considerable personal compromises at times. However last week a situation arose, which we felt compromised the organisation rather than ourselves, and that was one compromise we were not prepared to make under any circumstances.

As many of you will be aware Rangers have recently advertised two job vacancies in respect of a Social Media Officer and a Supporters Liaison Officer. At Club 1872 we were informed recently that the latter of these two roles would be our main point of contact at the club in the future.

Word subsequently reached some of the Club 1872 board members that one of our directors had applied for the position of Supporters Liaison Officer. However, as no notification had been received from the director in question this matter remained as nothing more than a rumour.

Matters came to a head when the director in question intimated he, in addition to two Club 1872 directors who had already confirmed their attendance, would attend a meeting at Ibrox facilitated by Rangers Security personnel. This meeting was in respect of the forthcoming Old Firm fixture at which both Police Scotland and Club 1872 were invited participants.

As persons present at this meeting from Rangers were to be involved in the interview and recruitment process for the vacant Supporters Liaison role concerns were raised within the Club 1872 board. As nothing had yet been received in writing to the Club 1872 board this necessitated a phone call by one director to the director in question at which time it was established he had in fact applied for the role of Supporters Liaison Officer.

On such confirmation, the director in question was advised that it would not be appropriate for him to attend this meeting. In essence, we had a Club 1872 director who had applied for a job at Rangers, attending a meeting where persons from the club who were not only involved in the interview and recruitment process, but would also have direct line management responsibility for the post in question, were present.

Despite such advice and the concerns of fellow board members, the director in question attended the meeting.

We tendered our resignations shortly thereafter.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere apologies to all members, and in particular, those who voted for us. However, all 3 of us believe that by resigning in such circumstances we were reflecting the standards, values and principles which saw us elected.

He always has to have the last word, he can’t just stfu and let things settle but like a fly to shite he’s on social media trying to squirm his way out of it.

He’s only been here a few months and I’m already sick of the guy, he runs his mouth at every opportunity yet not once has he backed it up. He tried to take the piss out of Brendan and Brown yet got shown up badly when they came face to face.
 
This isn’t Newcastle or QPR where he can strut about thinking he’s top dog…he’s not. If he cant keep his mouth shut and if he is disrupting the dressing room to the extent he needs banished from training and the games get him to fuck out our team.

They aren't picking the team. There are 6 positions left, that KMcD can choose, after their 5 get their automatic starts.Considering the lies and propaganda (something you know all to well) that flow from this board like our cash reserves, why would you automatically believe them over everyone else?

Which is astonishing. McCoist in particular has made a mint out of his shares.
If these guys care about our club as much as they like to portray - they would walk away now and not take a penny in compensation.

It's no wonder that our club and support is a shambles if this is the way of the modern day Rangers fan.
We will never be the mighty club we once were until we regain the traditional beliefs that made our club great. We are a British club playing in Scotland and I have seen scores more union flags than saltires at matches over the years.
Where do some of these cretins come from?
Why support a club that's greatness is built on loyalist, unionist and protestant principles and traditions when you have no tract with those beliefs? It can't be because of the football so why don't they go to Firhill if they want to support a team with no 'baggage'?
Rangers used to be more than a club, sadly that is no longer the case. It used to be about much more than the football. We had a common identity that united the support and we were all the better for it.
Too many are embarrassed or ashamed of many of the things that are the foundations of our club. It was good enough for Rangers greats such as Struth, Waddell and Wallace. All three of whom I imagine would be strong No voters.

I love the old Ally the player but I don't want him anywhere near the communications side .Ive heard all his lines and we need someone that isn't frightened to be hated .Ally essentially is mr nice guy but it's nauseating at times now.We require a ruthless football Manager
