I've tried and tried and tried to like him. I can't do it. He's a waster and I'll be happy when he's gone. I get all that but i'm willing to give him a chance surrounded by leaders - both on and off the pitch. One thing not lost on me over the last couple of years is having the right guy in the dugout and training ground.
