Credit to the Union Bears tonight for creating a display on such short notice, fitting of our Queen. 

I've watched a lot of the coverage as well as being in Edinburgh. Just wish she could lie at peace now. I know its expected as it's the Queen but it's been a lot of upheaval for her and her family

Definitely.  In a weird way it's made me feel proud to be Scottish after a long time of being apathetic about that because it's been hijacked by nationalism.
Being in Edinburgh yesterday and watching the rest on TV, showed the level of affection the Scots felt for her too. Even rancid people like NS have shown respect for her, maybe through gritted teeth, but it's still be shown and hopefully sends a message to her rabid supporters 

The queues at the Meadow were mind blowing, what a fantastic turnout. I arrived at the end of the queue for 10pm last night with my wife, we finally got to pay our respects at 3.00am in St.Giles. Got back home at 5am and both off to work at 7am. Absolutely knackered today but was amazing to play a wee part in paying our respects to Her Majesty, in what is the biggest historical event to happen in my lifetime.
So proud of the thousands of Scots who have come out to pay their respects to the Queen.  That is the Scotland that I was born in and is an integral part of Great Britain.

Decided to avoid the airport as thought it might be rammed. Decided to go to a local beauty spot to see her Majesty leave Scotland for the very last time. Didn't expect it to head as far as we were. Unbelievable feeling. Thought I'd share my pics for those who couldn't get there. Fitting that the sun was shining for her, beautiful send off!

So very proud of our British way, the world watching even the dissenters, this is our history and future.

Watching the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall makes me extremely proud to be British. Although it’s sad, the one thing that hits me is how respectful everyone is and how good our Armed Forces are at carrying out ceremonial duties especially at such short notice. 
I was lucky enough to represent the RN at the cenotaph one year and that was 3 weeks training so what these ladies and gents are doing is brilliant.

Sad seeing her make her final journey from Barmoral. For years she has called Scotland her second home and Balmoral the one true place she and her family could be at ease and happy. 
 

This was thurs evening, my son lay my somme associations wreath with honour.
The Shankill Road especially, Id say is the most patrotic British area in the whole of the UK and NI. 
Im proudly fierce of living here and the people I live amongst.

Still doesn't seem real when they mention the King. Have to really feel for him though his mother's just died and he has to go through so much publicly it can't be easy. 

I'm not defending GvB but what do you expect him to say?  If he says the squad is shite then that'll really boost their confidence.  As someone who managed a team(not football) one of the main objectives is to keep them motivated and bollockings were done in private not publicly, it's about man management.
