    The UB believe that they are integral to the atmosphere in the stadium & I somewhat agree. I also agree that they aren't entirely responsible for the singing of certain songs at Ibrox and to target them specifically seems unfair, however....

    I also think they are the catalyst for much of the singing & song choice in the stadium & in that respect,  where they lead, most follow.

    The UB do get given special treatment & the club do use their displays in promoting the club, there is very much a symbiotic relationship for the 2.

    The UB must realise the responsibility they carry, given thier role in helping to create the atmosphere. They can very much help to generate the same atmosphere by NOT singing certain songs & if those songs do get started, help to overpower them by singing something else.

    Promote plenty of other songs that still celebrate our heritage & traditions but just dont carry the same negative impact.

    The club can also do it's duty by clearly defining what they believe would get us punished again, make it clear that those songs are no longer welcome and don't rely on "every one knows what sings we're talking about".

    I'm not reading this thread from the start but it looks like its descended into the usual pish !

    On topic, i was surprised & disappointed that SG didn't make changes. it was clear from 70 minutes that Ojo was cooked and bringing on Jones would have cause the Legia LB all sorts of problems as he was already on a card.

    However, i did listen to @vanderhogg from H&H give a potentially rational explanation behind SG not wanting to upset the concentration of the team in what was a crucial part of the game, trying to get players up to speed in what was a very quick and swinging game could'be caused us problems.

    When SG did make the changes, i was very surprised that Ojo wasn't one of them

    Watching the game last night, you say just about the whole stadium sing for 90 minutes & I fully expect them to sell out their away allocation for the return leg at Ibrox and again they will sign for 90 minutes.

    Gerrard has already said that the home support is vital for the 90 minutes, getting behind & supporting the team and that includes having patience when Legia have possession or when we are not rushing at them all guns blazing, throwing everything into every attack.

    How do we get the home support to sing for 90 minutes and i mean beyond the UB and others from the Broomloan?

    In our most recent memory, the last 15 minutes against Rapid was the best atmosphere inside ibrox for many years, then against CFC when we beat them in Dec last year but how do we get that for 90 minutes in what is a vital game for our continued improvement (european cash drives the club to improve players & facilities)?

    What's your (sensible) suggestions?

    Away and ride dogs. The louden and the "SLO" are nothing but a stain on the club. fed up of even hearing about the marshalls.  Another pair riding the paying publics coat tails 

    We are buying stuff from a stall outside the Louden, not from it (A f'kin stall 🤦‍♂️)

    I think if the Arab takeover was still about they would be done everything to retain Rafa.

    The fact that didn't happen tell me it's a load of hot air to appease the fans until it's too late.

    While SG would earn millions, his reputation would be damaged as how do you perform with a basket case of a club that gets outspent by Championship teams?
