I wish I hadn't started to read most of this thread.
He resigned, he didn't resign, the Rangers site was hacked, the board were right, the board were wrong, speculation and conjecture.

If they knew anything then they would have leaked something before the statement. The statement came out the blue and shocked everycunt and now the papers are claiming to have the inside scoop. They don't know anything, like the rest of us, we're waiting on official confirmation

Well shit result but it does really bring out those that howl At the moon on here. The lack of realistic expectation about what it takes to build a team, the inability to look at a bigger picture and a lack of patience is evident. 
Most on here at the start of the season only expected second, many were expecting third or fourth and imho a manager should be judged over a period of time and yet we have out rabid who almost joyfully can't wait to put the boot in every time we have a poor result and then call that support.

Cheers. We've now got a platform which is potentially bigger than anything in the SMSM and hope that we can provide the fair, accurate reporting folk want. Obviously the more people get behind us the more we can do (and the more access we get from the club).

I'm not with Shoot anymore unfortunately. Moved on after an editorial change that didn't sit well with me. I've since moved on to SBNation and it's going fantastically well. We've got readers in over 180 different countries and are starting to work closely with the club on a few things.
