As said Blackwell was game... however he got rocked with scores of hard punches. Tbh, rarely do you see a guy get hit that hard that often.... and still keep coming.

That is the most dangerous type of fight. Eubank hits plenty hard, but he isn't a KO specialist. Taking 1x big KO punch is nowhere near as bad as taking +50x hard punches. Only one fighter was getting hit with regular hard punches last night. Yes Eubank took a few from Blackwell, it's boxing and it happens... but there were periods of the fight where Eubank couldn't miss. Hard uppercut after hard uppercut. Hard hook after hard hook.

I said the same during the fight. I felt the ref should of at least been asking questions, it was justified - even if he didn't stop the fight. The doctor should also of been having a look between rounds. There was enough justification to at least do that, and alarms should of been ringing to suggest he may of wanted to - again even if he didn't stop the fight, just a quick check. It's rare you see a guy get hit hard like that, as often as he did, and not go down. But.... just because you're a tough bastard who can take a punch, doesn't mean you are immune to the effects of lots of them!

Even "accidental ingestion" or claims of not knowing substance is banned are at best an admission of staggering idiocy and arrogance.
