I'm not being negative about Thursday.  Proud of the team for getting that far and over 2 legs we lost out to a bad penalty call, a careless OG and a tight VAR call.   Injuries are out of our control but the problem is the quality of players like Matondo, Dessers, Wright, etc coming in.   Tav, Goldson and Lundstram don't look shattered to me.   I thought Tav had his best game in ages on Thursday.

All that matters Sunday is the three points to go into the break top come back rested and stronger for the final push

I'm not sure what sport Matondo should play, but it isn't football. Barring a few good moments because of his speed, he has been nothing short of atrocious. Yet posters still put him in their team selections. It baffles me. He doesn't have a football brain to play for Rangers.
Play Lawrence or Cantwell in a front three. It's not ideal, but injuries mean you have to adapt.
Anybody but Dessers and Matondo and to a lesser extent McCausland and Wright, who are both bang average, but not as bad as the first two.

Not at all. He’s a decent, solid defender, who I think played above his normal level last night, which is great. But he continues to have an absolute howler in him. 

Played well last night, but his level should be no more than the bench going forward next season.

I dont want to see Matondo anywhere near the team. Fucked up every single ball that came to him vs Benfica. Just win Rangers and no injuries please.

Another game, like Saturday, where he was almost like an extra player for the opposition. Can't remember him completing a pass tonight and repeatedly put us in trouble by having a shocking touch or giving away possession. 
Absolutely awful and I cannot wait until we have a proper centre forward in our team. 

Two minutes he was on, Roofe took a route 1 pass, trapped it and held possession. Dessers did not do that even once tonight.

Major difference when Roofe came on holding the ball up and runs into the channel.
Hopefully Roofe can stay fit to finish the season

Still can't believe we're chasing a title with him as our first choice number 9.
