I’m no fan of Beale but when he took over we were far better in terms of points won, set pieces etc.
Agree on your last point, we need to go levels above what we’ve been at recently. My point is, the same board who went with GVB and Beale, the lazy choices our destiny is in their hands and it’s been a shitshow since day 1 so what’s to think it won’t be next time

They didn’t want to be seen to sack two managers within a year of each other as reflected bad on them. Rather than doing the right thing, getting rid after scum game and give us a chance of some sort of success they did fuck all.
We got rid of Wilson, April time? Why’s that took so long to replace and who the fuck is next in line. That’s RW replacement job to come up with the next candidates, our board can’t even sort that in 6 months what the fuck chance we got with the same people who picked GVB and Beale getting the next one right

Spot on mate. It was clear to everyone but them that beale was done for after that old firm. 
They would have got a little credit if they had just acted then.
