Can't believe some of the personal hatred directed at Beale.
Yes he was a shit manager and had no idea how to set up teams to counteract the negative tactics of most of the SPFL teams, but the board have to shoulder much of the blame for employing him and Gio before him.
They allowed him to bring in his own team, his personal choices as players. Most have never played for a team as big as Rangers and have never been under the same pressure to deliver week in week out. That's not the players fault it was Beales and the board for giving him free rein, a very inexperienced manager.

His persona isn't that of a Rangers manager, his signings were terrible and he just did not seem to be able to get his ideas across the players on the field.
Beale is our version of Ian Cathro. A well thought of coach who turned out to be a pretty poor manager. He isn't the first and won't be the last to find that out. He will probably do well again as a first team coach in future.
I don't wish the guy bad, but he has done a fair bit of damage with his summer signings.

Hope people don’t go overboard with praise if we do well for the next couple of games though.
Next permanent manager can’t be Davis under any circumstances.
