  1. Might not have been top priority over the 'banter years,' but the selection of merchandise really is something we quite often disappoint with. Saying that, the rubber duck was quite snazzy!
  2. That's a cracking pick of Laudrup. Loved that shirt as well, personally.
  3. Cracking piece of news. This summer is off to a great start.
  4. FB cover Creativity in the midfield (desperately needed) CF Hopefully a general raising of squad quality, coupled with the avoidance of horrific purchases like the two Mexicans.
  5. Glad we have brought these two new CB's in on permanent deals and not a loan basis. Dislike the premise of loans in general, however, given our closeness to the EPL and the way Scottish footbal has gone, can see why we probably need to go down that route for a player here an there now. That said, I'd prefer it to be one or two players able to supplement the squad of our own players, rather than loads being added in the shape of loans. In particular the spine of our team, to me, always needs to be our own players. Hopefully him and the Croatian lad can start providing us with a bit of stability at the back. Positive moving forward here.
  6. You could start and actually rebuke a million things in that, although, since he's constantly full of shite, it's not worth the effort.
  7. It was howling winds and pishing down a couple of days back, if that makes it any better! I think he and his 'plan A better' has been found out with a certain standard of player to be honest, but the ginger Maldini is a fine legacy to leave anywhere, I suppose I've been harsh
  8. Live near Malaga, mate. I've not heard too much talk about him for ages to be honest. After Pedro and all, he seems to have fallen back into just another part our history and the madness of the last fee years. Rarely hear much chat on him now. If bread man is a Timmy slur, then I stand corrected
  9. I rarely read their spewings nowadays, and being over here you don't bump into too many rabids, on that front. I read it on here frequently when we were going through the Warburton era. I'd consider Calling Ally, Sally tim like - but not a bread based slur for the bald one.
  10. Excellent win and another positive result. Really nice to see us putting these together!
  11. Are you a fan? In the sense of his contribution and leaving. Not exactly a club legend, and one who fucked (tried to fuck) us over at pretty much the first oppertunity.
  12. Salt and pepper pots being shuffled around, in a tactical fashion.
  13. I can actually envisage the bread man doing that. Unfortunelty the salt took a heavy tackle but has trained well since coming back and should be....I don't know?.....7-10 days away!
  14. Hope that you are doing as well as you can be, mate. Keep fighting the good fight, and you'll get there. All the best
  15. I thought it was going to be a Englishman, Scotsman, Irishman joke after I read the first paragraph! Used to do a karaoke where a guy would always do his piece singing FOA. He was Scottish and I asked a pal of his and mine his allegiance, presuming he would say the obvious. Turned out he was supposedly a Rangers man. Boggles the mind.
  16. Hitting the nail on the head! I'd rather not develop players for for fucking sharks in the EPL, however, given where Scottish football is, and in our current situation, I can grudgingly accept that the loan route may offer us something. But by fuck, let's actually get something out of it, a player who can actually contribute at this level and is capable of delivering an improvement of what we have, nevermind not being able to even sniff the first team. Additions like him are about at useful as bringing the likes of Dacio. If we are being used to develop players for Arsenal, Man City, it would stick less in the craw if they weren't at chocolate fireguard status. Our 'use' of the loan market in the last few years has been average to horrific.
  17. Given his 'contacts' at Man City, completely amazes me we end up with him as the sum and substance of his recruitment in the loan market and City itself. Utter pish.
  18. Probably true, although, if he keeps up performances such as this, he'll be nowhere remotely near the starting eleven in Russia.
  19. Good luck, mate. All the best to OZ and Copland too.
  20. Three points would be nice. And if things haven't gone tits up, maybe an appearance from Mexico's answer to Lord Lucan.
  21. Hoping against hope we find a few quid to get a couple of (at least one) fullback(s) who might be half decent in the mystical, and now much underrated art of actually being able to fucking defend.
  22. He's never been at all suited to this type of bizarre free roaming roll to pull the strings and link the play. It's truely awful to watch and if that's is the way we are going on many an occasion, it's going to be another season to endure.
