The boy Carson at Motherwell looks a much better goalie. Commands his box and looks like he’d hurt some cunt if needed.

He’s shite on the ground, shite at crosses and doesn’t organise anything ether. Bang average, shouldn’t be with us

Probably our best 3 players but the only sellable assets we actually have. 
Morelos - can’t be trusted. Works defenders well and holds up ball but that’s no good enough. That Motherwell striker will do the same in the final, we need much better than someone who just throws it about. 
Windass - done well this year but goes missing far too often. Cash in while stock is high. Maybe get £2-3m for him
Wes - seems like most people like him. I think he’s bang average, decent shot stopper but so should ever GK be. Flaps at crosses all the time. Nervous on the ball, gives it away all the time and cab barely clear ball 40 yards. Let’s in saveable goals too often. Get £1-2m
Could generate over £10m for the 3 and easily replace for less, leaving money for much needed other areas.

Agreed on Morelos' misses btw..  was looking at the bigger picture..
To think we knocked back near £10m too..

£7/8m for Morelos, £4/5m for Windass, £3m for Fod. Don't think that's unrealistic 

Cash in on Tav too. These guys are nowhere near as good as people think (myself included at one point, the false dawns always had me thinking Morelos, Fod and Windass were great players)

Whatever our original budget was could be spent on the other areas of the team. You'd get a decent amount for those 3.

As I said in the other thread it's pointless sacking him when there's only a month of the season to go mate. 
I can't see what benefit it will bring having another stand-in for a month, then out the door again. It will contribute to the circus IMO.
Let him stay the last month of his contract and let the rebuild commence AGAIN (7th time in 7 years)

Easily north of £100k p/w wages. 
That leaves us
Strikers – Morelos, Cummings - Personally I would sell Morelos and try use those funds to get something better and for £600k Cummings seems like a decent option, given his age and our lack of options.
Wingers – Murphy, Candieas - We currently only have 2 wingers. I would like to see us get another in to give real competition in those spaces. We could get someone who is just backup but I would like to maybe try a loan deal for some promising winger from the EPL. Ideally we would have 4 but I guess Windass can go out there in a push
Midfield – Dorrans, Windass, Docherty, Jack, McCrorrie* - So if we continue to play with a 3 then I guess Windass can occupy that no. 10 in some games. Ideally I think our Midfield should be Dorrans, a box-to-box signing and McCrorrie / Jack.
Full backs – Tav, John, Wallace – We need a backup RB and Jason Naismith would be a no-braier
Center back – Bates, McCorrie* - McCorrie is better places as DM in my mind. This is where we need to spend the bulk of our cash. Get 2 geunine quality CB’s.
GK – Fod, Alnwick, Kelly – Personally I would sell Fod and get the boy Carson at Motherwell.
